বিয়ের date fix হওয়ার আগেই fix হয়েছিল একটাই জিনিস- এইটাই যে qpid কে দিয়ে করবো ফটোগ্রাফি। Qpid in high demand তাই ঝট করে বাবা মা দের কথা না শুনেই সেরে ফেলেছিলাম booking টা। বিয়ে এর ৭/৮ মাস আগে থেকে শুরু হলো group calls গুলো। বিয়ে র আনন্দ তো ছিলই plus এই calls গুলো খুব মজা লাগতো । Debargha and team তো সেই প্রথম থেকেই decoration থেকে শুরু করে dress সব বিষয় তেই খুব ই help করে ছিল। Wedding photographer নিশ্চয়ই অনেক পাওয়া যাবে, কিন্তু নিজের মতন করে এতো দিন সময়ে দিয়ে guide করে একটা বিয়ে কে কি ভাবে সুন্দর করে capture করতে হবে এটা Qpid খুব সুন্দর জানে। ভালো photography র সাথে সাথে ওরা সবাই এতো বন্ধুর মতো মিশে গিয়েছিলো আমাদের সাথে যে আমরাও অনেক টা comfortable হয়ে গিয়েছিলাম। বিয়ে তো মিটে গেলো নির্বিঘ্ন। এবার photo আসার পালা। ১০k+ photos , কাকে ছেড়ে কাকে দেখবো! আমার এতো ভালো ভালো ছবি উঠতে পারে ভাবতেই পারিনি। Plus ঠিক যেমন যেমন চেয়েছিলাম তেমন টাই যে ছবি উঠেছে আর শুধু আমাদের দুজনের না - পুরো ফ্যামিলি , বন্ধু দের সব্বার । Photo তো পেয়ে গিয়েছিলাম বিয়ে র দুদিন এর মধ্যেই but সব দেখে উঠতে লেগে গেলো মাস খানেক মনে হয়। Debargha phone করে ফটো চাওয়ার মত অবস্থা আর কি । Again Qpid and team এর profesionalism কে salute । Album এর photo দিতে আমরা late করেছি কিন্তু ওরা তাও কি patiently আমাদের সাথে communicate করেছে বারবার। Photo তো হল। তারপর বাকি video। বাড়িতে সবাই কে বলেছি youtube এ video আসবে - হাজার হাজার লোক সেটা দেখবে - সবাই তুমুল excited । আর যখন সত্যি ই এলো video টা - দেখেতে দেখতে সবার চোখে *খুসিকি আন্সু* আর মনে এক রাশ আনন্দ ♥️ কী নিখুঁত ভাবে অত ছবি থেকে perfect clips গুলো বেছে বেছে বানানো হয়েছে video টা ? তিন সপ্তাহ হয়ে গেছে video ta upload হয়েছে youtube এ । But এখন ও মানুষ নাকি সেটা দেখে যাচ্ছে । রোজ ঘুম থেকে উঠে আর ঘুমোতে যাওয়ার আগে আমি views টা একবার উকি মেরে দেখে আসি আর কি ? আমরা তো ওই কটা দিন আনন্দ করেইছি কিন্তু Qpid না থাকলে হয়তো এতো সুন্দর করে সবটা ধরে রাখা হতো না। তাই আবারও বলছি and বারবার বলবো THANK YOU QPID, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING ♥️

Qpid event photography এই পেজটা মোটামুটি ২০২১ থেকে আমি ফলো করে আসছি…. তখন পাশাপাশি আরও বেশ কিছু পেজ ফলো করতাম comparison এর জন্য যেগুলির বেশিরভাগেরই নাম ও এখন মনে নেই…. বাড়িতে জাস্ট বিয়ের কথা শুরু হয়েছে বিয়ের দিন-মাস কিছুই ঠিক হয় নি… কিন্তু পাছে আবার Qpid আর বুকিং নিতে না পারে…. এই আশংকায় ২০২১ এর অগাস্ট এই বুকিং সেরে ফেলি একটা tentative date দিয়ে….. আমরা বিভিন্ন কারণে দেবার্ঘ্য দা- কে অজস্রবার ফোন করে মেসেজ করে বিরক্ত করেছি কিন্তু এত cooperatively ধৈর্য্য সহকারে আমাদের রেসপন্ড করে গেছে…. বিয়ের আগের দিন থেকে রিসেপসন এর দিন অব্দি টিমের প্রতিটি মেম্বারের সাথে এত ভালো বন্ধুত্ব হয়ে যাবে ভাবতেও পারি নি….Qpid এর photography skill, editing, videography এসব নিয়ে বিবরণ দিতে বসলে দাঁড়ি ( । ) টা কোথায় টানতে হবে আমার জানা নেই…. এক কথায় Mesmerising…… বিয়ের পর খুব তাড়াতড়ি আমরা সিলেকটেড ফটো গুলোর এডিটেড কপি পেয়ে গেছি। প্রফেশনালিসম্ এর পাশাপাশি ওদের আন্তরিকতা, ব্যবহার, কাজের প্রতি নিষ্ঠা আমাদের সত্যিই মুগ্ধ করেছে…. শেষে আসি অ্যালবামের প্রসঙ্গে…. The way you guys have worked upon my very very special day, cannot say any word. Your videos and pictures filled everyone’s eyes with tears of happiness. Your song selections, video timings, angles it was so bang-on that it gave a wave of feelings and emotions which is taking everyone back into that moment. Trust me guys when we received your video and trailer, me and my husband sat on the couch and watched it on TV, tears were rolling down from both of our eyes?. We had availed Qpid’s services for photography and videography for our wedding in Kolkata in 2021. We are so glad that we chose them as they made our celebrations even more beautiful and memorable. Extremely sorry for the late review. But it's better late than never, right? I would like to thank Team Qpid for capturing the precious moments of my life with utmost care and portraying beautifully in the wedding video. Thanks to Hrittik, Soujatyo, Meghdeep, Tanmoy, Atanu and Nilotpal (am I missing anyone?) for their hardwork. All of them had guided me in posing right and I must mention Hrittik is a perfectionist. Team is very punctual and cooperative. I was super tired on my wedding night but they made me shot zillion times to get that ONE PERFECT SHOT. But the outcome is great. Deciding on the photographers/videographers is probably the most important decision of your wedding (some times even more than choosing the groom :P ) as after the entire event is over, the photos and videos are the only way to make you re-live those moments over and over again. Initially a year before my wedding I was deciding between various options and thank god I finalised Qpid. One of the primary reasons being Debarghya da was great to talk to, really cooperative and friendly. Fast forward 11 months, we had a week long celebration. It was on the very first day (Engagement Ceremony) that I realised how super punctual they were. They were ready for the shoot even before the decorators were ! They were so patient with all the poses, retries, etc. On the night before my wedding the venue Rajkutir's security office was creating issues with flying drone and I was almost sure there wouldn't be any drone shots at my wedding. However the Qpid team really pulled off something UNBELIEVABLE!! Even before noon 12pm they got a signed permission slip from the Police Station, the haste with which they reacted was simply commendable !! Through all the festivities they were always ready before us (sometimes even 2+ hours before) and waited till the very end. All these patience and hard work by Qpid literally showed in the pictures and video clips that brought me to tears. They had captured the tiniest of details, every emotion, every smile, every tear. The whole wedding film was splendid. Just the way I had imagined <3 and probably even better. The video editing skills they have is outstanding, it's really like watching a 1.5 hours movie ! All of Qpid's photographers and videographers are so so talented, extremely creative and their vision of how exactly it would look on screen is just beyond perfect. Last but not the least one person I want to give special thanks to is SPM. I bugged him so much with different versions of my wedding film and he patiently worked so closely so that it ultimately matches everything I wanted ! I had already planned on booking Qpid a year before my wedding, as I was super impressed with their work (on YouTube and Instagram). I knew I would be getting some extremely good photos and videos from them. In reality they exceeded any expectations I have had. I have been a long-standing admirer of Qpid's work, and when my wedding date was set for January, I contacted Debarghya Da immediately and booked their services. Additionally, I was excited to learn about Qpid's new "Digital Invitation" service, and I requested their assistance in creating my digital invitations. During the process, I spoke with Debarghya Da on multiple occasions, and while the first invitation design didn't meet my expectations, it was quickly revised. However, I made the mistake of asking for several edits to a 30-second video, which caused some frustration with Devarghya Da. Initially, I was apprehensive about booking Qpid's services online since I didn't know anyone personally on the team, and my wedding was far from Kolkata. Debarghya Da offered to let me cancel if I wasn't satisfied, but I decided to go ahead and book them, which turned out to be the best decision I ever made. From the wedding teasers to the photos and long videos, everything was fantastic. From Viali & Suvabrata Finally the time has come when I can express about QPID, but don't know where to start. How much I wrote it'll be very less about the team. I followed Qpid in insta since long back 2021 I guess due to their natural capture and less editing features. Then it became a dream to look like The Qpid's Bride. I communicated with Debargha Da and convinced for pencil booking for my wedding ceremony even before my date got finalized. I found Qpid as a perfect match as per my visualisation of how I wanted my special day to be captured... The day 17th Jan, 2023 has come and trust me I was so confident that I didn't even focus on what they are clicking during those 3 days.... After the event slowly slowly I got all the raw photos, edited pics and the very special wedding video with it's teaser.... ?First about the raw pics? I can say that I saw my full wedding decor, each and every detail of fun moments, every single material, Welcome Boards, Totto, every single invitees, even the food only through Qpis's lense. Specially their candid moments actually took my heart out and made me feel the moment once again and again. Few captures are so sensitive that we're so touched. So many mess up happened, many time conflicts were there but I was shocked that the team didn't miss a single candid moment. Also my marriage got completed around 2am after that being client we're tied and they convinced us for the Couple Shoot, ultimately which became the best frames when we got the final edits. So thankful again for capturing our best moment forcefully ☺️ ?Edited Pics? For this no feedback is required because pictures say it all (BEST). Specially what I liked that They listened to my every wish and just did everything exactly according to that how I wanted. No single loopholes. But yes it was my bad that I couldn't even match anyway to the Qpid's Insta Special Brides. Qpid is actually premium !! ?Now lastly the video? If one linear I would say -- "The video just made me cry literally". I didn't even cry in my "bidaai day", happily left but Qpid video did that. It was like a film where I was watching me & my husband as hero heroine.. My childhood friends, my family, most emotional moments captured so nicely that I was traveling through out the video and could memorize everything since my childhood too.. ??One more thing I would mention - Everywhere I saw photographers asked for a repeat of "Sindoor Daan". In my retual it was not even 3 times, only one time with a ring and I got shocked they didn't want a repeat of it. My friends only said "bhai ki fatafati eschhe sindoor daan er moments gulo" (means amazing snaps they took). Later I checked actually it was, goosebumps only... Thank you so much Qpid. I'm fortunate enough that I got to know about Qpid in 2019 . They were not very much popular back that time but I used to love their videos, the editing specially. I still remember most of the videos from 2019 ❤ People may be came to qpid after searching many photographers, but for me from the very first moment it was qpid. And when I got married in 2023 for safety I booked them a year in advance in 2022. Debarghya da, Rohan da, Amit da, Sahit da and everyone of them was so polite to us from the very beginning to the end. They were patient enough to take a single shot even more than 6-7 times because of our mistakes. But they did it with a smile in their face and so much love. Our wedding was not as grand as Kolkata weddings but they never hesitated, they took photos of every single moment. I can never thank enough the entire team. If you really want a good experience just book qpid without any second thought.

Once the wedding is over, all that remains is memories. After doing extensive research, I finalized Qpid Event Photography to cover our wedding festivities and it was indeed one of the best choices I had made. Living in the US, every conversation/meeting happened over phone and not once did they make us feel the distance. Debarghya Da was available, ALWAYS!! He was super prompt with responses. Every other vendor I had spoken to was more considered about money, but Qpid was different. It was very evident that they were interested in creating good work. Not once did they ask for advance or money post the wedding. Whenever we asked them about transferring money, Debarghya da said- “Let us get the work done, we will think about money later.” The prices they quote is unbelievable for the services they provide, when you compare them to their contemporaries. I met the team on the day of my first function and the whole team was extremely courteous, accommodating with requests and sensitive when they needed to be. Shooting for pictures requires being comfortable around the photographers and within minutes of knowing them, they felt like our own. We never felt awkward posing for pictures. Our wedding was at very late in the night but the whole team had the same energy and zeal for the shooting pictures they had at the start of the day. The photos were delivered to us in 3-4 days’ time (which was unreal). They have captured every single moment so beautifully. The smiles, tears and everything in between! With the wedding video, they truly surpassed our expectations. It was more beautiful that I had ever imagined. Every song that they had selected was beautiful and seemed so apt. They made ordinary places look extraordinary in the video. I am still not over the video; I watch it whenever I feel low, and it instantly lifts my spirits. I would also like to share an incident here wherein, when the video was almost ready, I asked them if they could add something that would mean a lot to me, knowing well that they could rightfully refuse. Much to my surprise, they obliged re-edited a portion, for which I am forever grateful to them. This just shows how much they care about their clients. I am still in touch with Debarghya Da and I get as much respect from him today,months after the wedding, as I did when I spoke to him the first time. My only regret is that in all the hustle, I did not click a picture with the team. I wish them all the very best for a very bright future ahead. When my sibling or cousins get married, I am definitely going back to them!

I remember it took us almost forever to pick our favourites for an album because each and every picture was unique depicting wonderful memories . A big fat Indian wedding is extremely chaotic as we all know ( thanks to the innumerable rituals and many many guests )and there is so much of the day that is a blur and it is lovely to relive the day through these images. You managed to get fantastic shots from everywhere and were so discreet .Qpid’s attention to detail is outstanding I have to say that ! Once we posted our prewedding photos on social media , i remember almost7 to 8 of our friends who were planning their weddings contacted us asking for Qpid ‘s number ! The whole wedding video is something that we have watched a 1000 times ! And to be honest even sometimes on days when I am not feeling my best , the video always cheers me up ! Starting from the first meeting over the coffee in one of the south kolkata CCDs with Tanmoyda to the final delivery of beautiful designed album it was an amazing journey with them.It was not easy to search for a perfect photography team and it took us months to come to a firm decision, but the wait was worth the results. Our pre wedding photoshoots were perfectly managed and the experience and dedication of the team could be easily seen in the photographes. There was not a single photograph which was down our expectations. We wanted our photos to be shooted at specific locations and thanks to Samannay and Baban we got them captured as per our wish. My wedding tale with Qpid ?? We searched the whole Internet for that perfect wedding photographer but during our initial research we only found photographers who just seem to white-wash and smoothen up your photos just to make you look like a porcelain doll. We wanted liveliness, we wanted to see the laughter, the tears, the dancing, the rituals and all the special moments which make a bengali wedding in one word "Beautiful". Our search ended when we found Qpid's page on Facebook. Their displayed photos were amazing and we knew that these are exactly the things that we wanted to be portrayed in our wedding as well. So we contacted them and our journey began. We booked them for prewedding and for both side (bride+groom) wedding photography. Let me start with our pre-wedding experience. 1. Pre-wedding - we did our pre-wedding at darjeeling that too in the month of January. Qpid sent us two photographers and we had our shoot for full 4 days. It was in one word AMAZING. The mountains, the snow, the clouds, the misty fog and the fantastic ideas and viewing angle of each shot by the photographers were really praise-worthy. It was a wholesome experience that we will never forget. The photos came out really good, the offbeat location suggested by team Qpid itself made the trick. The photos turned out so pretty and were edited so well that we can't stop looking at those. 2. Wedding - I didn't want a modern wedding. I wanted a traditional bengali wedding tale that we can find in old bengali movies or in Tagore's work. Qpid did just that. They highlighted all the things from my big day and made a beautiful wedding tale. Again, the photos had a vintage touch, just what we wanted. It's actually about your preference, the way you will ask them to make your fairy tale, they will just simply make that exact same thing come true. We were amazed by all the hard work of the photographers and their dedication towards their job. The wedding video again is one of the masterpieces that Qpid provided us with. It holds so much emotions that we couldn't help but to re-watch it again and again.
