Booked her for two days for myself and my mother and cousins for my brother’s wedding. Not a good experience! Not prepared and no skin prep unlike she says when you are booking her! Definitely not suited to do makeup for summers, it became flaky within an hour. I had to drape rather re drape my, my moms and brothers stuff on the wedding day even after telling her we will have more makeups and drapes. Team was not prepared at all. Makeup did not stay at all and she didn’t get the outfit and how will the makeup look under lights. There was no innovation or styling in hair! I looked drained in the wedding since except eyes complete face was washed out. She did not check base or lips.

Highly commercial operation - Rashmi and her team’s utmost focus is upon collecting money from the client rather than giving them a peaceful experience. For them it’s just another service - they lack the sensitivity to understand that it’s somebody’s wedding. My service was delayed by more than an hour on my wedding day because Rashmi and her team wanted to haggle about 2k (despite all other payments being made). On several occasions when a family or friend member would enter the room to greet me she’d start playing loud music over her phone - I found it so hurtful and insulting - how can a makeup be more important than the social connectivity and is this the way to treat people who’ve come all the way for my wedding? Even apart from this her team is highly unprofessional. They’ll tell you that all makeup artists and hairstylists are booked in advance - but that’s not true. On all occasions her hairstylist was late by more than 1.5-2 hours - leading to several delays in my function start time.

Firstly i was quite impressed with her organised make up kit and top class products and then, she started her magic. My experience with Rashmi is the worst , i had paid the booking amount of 7500 Rs & under Covid situation the wedding is not happening as per the plan, I haven’t taken the services & now she is denying to refund & not understanding the critical situation we all are facing in India , this is the time when one should support other but she is adamant & not giving anything back .She can deduct 1500 if she want I can happily give this amount as a charity & return me at-least my 6000 Rs..this is my hard earn money , I am the single earner of the family this money means a lot to me.
