Had a really unpleasant experience where I paid 5000/- for no product and the values of the owner actually allowed her to do so. Even offered her to pay up the loss she made in production which should be much lesser than 5k, but apparently that’s not possible . I just thought it was mighty unfair. And then she said she can’t dispatch the product till I pay in full even when I have already paid the advance of 5k on a 6.5k product . So now she is keeping the 5k and not sending the product or the money .
