Hello Charu and Ritcha, hope you’re doing well. I’ve landed back in Canada this Monday and didn’t want to rush into writing back to you both. I have been meaning to message you and thank you for the wonderful experience I’ve had with both of you. The makeup of course was brilliant and stayed on the whole day without any touch ups needed and yes of course I got a million compliments and I don’t know what I was expecting but it sure exceeded my expectations, it was just flawless. But apart from all that what I really want to convey is that the whole experience was amazing with you guys. I felt extremely at ease at all times, felt like I was in trusted hands, not once while getting my hair and makeup I felt anxious thinking about the end result. You were more than understanding about everything and it’s so nice to meet genuinely good people and also getting to share the little passion I have for makeup though nothing compared to the skills you both have. I want to also compliment the way you both are calm during the whole process as I’ve realized the way your energy is during the whole process also impacts the energy of the person in the chair and you were very calm, gentle and patient. Like every little girl, I too had always dreamt of what I wanted to look like on my big day and you guys amazingly managed to give me just that but somehow even better still!! Having you doll me up for all my events was the wisest decision I made in all of my wedding planning. You are the reason I was a happy bride and I can’t thank you enough for it! I had a wonderful experience with Charu and Ritcha. From our first meeting till the day of my wedding, they were there for me every step of the way. Not just as make-up artists but also as friends. They helped me make choices when I was confused (such as in picking up the perfect dupatta) and were there for me during my panic attacks. I wanted a minimal look, and they delivered that perfectly.
