My experience with Ritu was nothing short of a nightmare. I put in so much trust in her to plan my wedding but she was not upfront with me about her capabilities. While she is an excellent wedding decorator and designer, her planning is lacking in ALL respects. We suffered for weeks while her team kept letting us down in wedding management. I basically did all of her work and I was the bride. If I could go back in time, I would and I should have hired someone else. The worst part is that Ritu does not take accountability of how much agony she caused us all through the planning of her wedding. She took zero cognizance of how much frustration she caused my family. We were making her aware several times a day about how our guest experience was lacking but nothing was fixed. She should have refunded me her entire wedding management fees considering the suffering she put me through. The only saving grace is that she knows how to execute wedding decor. My recommendation would be to not use her for any wedding management services because you will suffer and your guests will suffer.
