I was very disappointed with Rukesh. We hired him for our Engagement and he was very friendly during the event. However, the service after that was very bad. First of all, we were quite disappointed with the photos taken. It was an engagement and we did not have a single decent picture of exchanging the rings. More importantly, it was his service after the event that annoyed us. We asked him for the video of the event and he sent us an unedited video of 41 minutes by inserting some random songs in it. I have been asking him for the original video so that I can edit it from past Eleven months and I am yet to receive it.
