We signed with SANS Group and Shilpa at a very desperate and crucial time—barely 2–3 months before the wedding—after parting ways with our previous planner. Looking back, choosing Shilpa was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Shilpa was exceptional. She instantly took charge, helped us coordinate every detail, and most importantly, kept me calm throughout a very stressful planning period. Our interactions were extremely regular, and no matter what time or how small the query, she was always available with an answer, a solution, or simply reassurance. One thing I appreciated deeply was the complete transparency with budgeting. Whenever we needed to bring costs down, Shilpa was very honest about what could be adjusted and what couldn’t. There was no ambiguity, no surprises—just clarity, practicality, and respect for our constraints. During the wedding itself, everything was seamless. I didn’t receive a single complaint from any guest or host. The quality of work was far beyond what words can describe—beautiful, thoughtful, and impeccably organized. A moment that truly highlighted their brilliance was during one of our events when a sudden thunderstorm and heavy rain threatened to derail everything. What could have been a disaster was handled with astonishing speed and competence. Shilpa and her team shifted the entire event to a covered venue, redecorated it instantly, and ensured the celebration was just as magical as we had imagined. Out of the three, Shilpa and Dickson felt like the best team to go with and I can gladly say that it was the correct decision. We came across SANS during a random Google search for a wedding planner in Kochi area and we are so glad we did. Shilpa and her team were amazing - right from the very start.
