If you guys still need my feedback, then here it is! Where do I begin? Everything else was crap, with the exception of your makeup, which was started two hours after my arrival. It was MUD from the moment your alleged "SERVICE" began. You were more focused on "HOW COULD YOU PEOPLE TAKE OUT MORE MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS" than you were on the bride's mental state on her wedding day. Be it makeup, where even after several discussions, you still have ten more options even though we already chose the makeup that fits our budget. You guys don't have any coolness, though. You'll highlight our poor choice of makeup and encourage us to choose expensive makeup. Second, despite the fact that it was explicitly stated that we had to arrive at the wedding venue, which was 2 hours away from the salon, you guys failed to begin your service at the scheduled time. In addition, there are still other things you can do to divert the bride's attention (how logical is it to demand for payment before starting makeup?). Finally, when the bride was standing in a corner crying for her makeup to begin at 6 o'clock and had no place to sit, they realized the importance and got to work. The salon was overcrowded with the brides they can't handle. Where some brides had to share seats, and some had no seats to sit on and were offered stools. Nevertheless, they even didn’t have enough teams to handle their customers. My friends with me had to catch their teammates to start my makeup, do my hair, drape my lehenga, and whatnot. Your service SUCKS, your Reels SUCKS which apparently was the most important to you! Highly non-recommendable service.

I got the bridal makeup done from the She n Me Beauty salon in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The most worst experience ever I had. Every girl wants to look best on the special day "Engagement", even I did & had booked for the engagement makeup. The makeup products used were cheap & the person who did makeup was untrained professional. She took almost 3.5 Hrs to finish the makeup for my engagement & I was late for the engagement by 1.5 hour. All guests & priests were waiting for me to arrive in the banquet hall so that rituals can start. After getting delayed the make up was so bad that even my parents & friends felt that I would have looked better without the makeup. The base she used it came off just after half an hour of the makeup with the little sweat. It was literally looking patchy and caky. The eyeliner started to smudge after 1 hr in between the marriage ritual & it was very bad experience. The eyeshadow was looking bad & was not professional. My sincere advice to people out there is, pls don’t make a mistake like me. PLEASE don’t go for makeup with She n Me Beauty salon in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. I spent 16K for the makeup to look ugly during my engagement. Worst Experience.

I booked she & me beauty parlour for my engagement day dated 1st july'21 but the kind of service and make up provided by them is really horrible. They made sure to ruin my day. They applied makeup horribly on my face. When I asked to manage it after I saw myself I couldn't recognise myself, when I asked what you guys had done on my face they started arguing with me and started threating that pay the bill first other wise we couldn't lighted your make up for engagement though we already deposited half money in advance and booked parlour and detailed them in one week advance but still they were not ready to listen anything in last I had to pay money first and requested other staff to help me out from this situation as my gust already reached the venue and all were waiting for me. They destroyed my special day. She & Me horrible experience and the manger was really horrible person rather to suggest how to handle situation she started blaming on us. I will suggest not to visit this place ever in your life.. staff and service both are pathetic. Pathetic experience. The makeup for engagement was so bad that i looked naturally better without makeup. They will make all fake promises of hair extensions and nails and what not but trust me don’t waste your hard earned money on this salon. Can’t say for everything but makeup and waxing were really pathetic. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Running for money .I have booked parlour for my weeding and preweeding during lockdown but when I cancelled my preweeding they deducted my money without providing any service. I haved booked Airbrush package of 15679 but before starting my makeup for weeding they said mam this makeup is not good and this was the condition after testing my skin plz pay 2000 more for Airbrush HD and and after all this drama so called Mrs Manorama abdominal lady of Shalon clicked my pics and said I will share the pics with you . But still she haven't shared the pic to me and finally she said I will not share the pic. The whole team create so much fear for makeup that at last moment you have to pay for what they are saying. In short the whole team is running for money making only. They have proud feeling of being number 1 in city. This parlour is completely unfriendly for customer. Running behind the money . They will talk to you very politely for booking and if you agree with their terms but if you don't take particular service they will make you feel that you have done something wrong and at last by one or other way they will their money by any bullshit ideas. Plz don't ever this book parlour for makeup. The shalon have all bullshit ideas for creating money only for simple makeup they charge you a lot. Completely unfriendly behavior. I started going to this parlor few months back referred by one of my friends,at first they behaved well till i had taken my hair straightening rebonding therapy on 9th of January 2019 that day they completed the treatment and I came back but afterwards what I saw my hairs had tangles that means the treatment didn't work on those strands of hairs. As next step of procedure on 11 January 2019 i went for hair wash I showed them my tangled hairs and told my complaints they assured me that they will fix it so they applied those chemicals again as I was unaware of the results so i didn't stop them from doing so as they call themselves huge brand and best salon and blah! I thought they would be knowing but unfortunately that hair dresser of this parlor didn't know pros and cons of repeating the whole straightening process that too on 3rd day of straightening and as a result my hairs got ruined and whole hairs are fizzy now and after 2 months my marriage is there... and i am suffering from depression as we say hairs are the best ornament for women may be i lost that. Next what happened they promised me they will fix my hairs but in return what they offered just 2 olaplex from which I took 1 olaplex treatment on 17th of January but it didn't show any response. They said they will call their so called technicians but they kept extending the dates they were least bother about their client(me). Neither they called me even once to ask about my hairs nor they gave proper dates. And when i called them they didn't talk nicely and said its not our fault your hairs are dry... i ask.... then...why you people convinced me for straightening???? Didn't you people saw my hairs then before process?? They just want money... because their brides season is going on these people are least bother about my hairs... worst experience ever.! Please think twice before going to this money oriented parlor specially brides and M being honest.
