SLICK Weddings by Nishith Dayal- Pre Wedding

Extremely disappointing experience with Slick Weddings. We hired them to cover our two-day wedding in December 2024, based on promises of professionalism, timely delivery, and creative quality. Unfortunately, what followed was a long, frustrating series of delays, vague responses, and unfulfilled commitments. Despite signing a written agreement that promised deliverables (edited photos, videos, and a wedding album) within 60–90 days, we received nothing on time. No teaser video in a month, no edited photos within a week — not even a functioning hard drive when they finally sent it two months later. Several video files were corrupted or unplayable, and there was zero support in resolving it. Worse, part of the payment was taken via a personal account, and the remaining in cash without proper invoicing — which raises serious red flags. Towards the end, the team even threatened to abandon the project unless we met their last-minute demands, despite their repeated failure to meet contractual deadlines. It’s truly unfortunate because weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events. What should have been a seamless memory-capturing experience became an exhausting follow-up saga. I would advise future clients to get everything in writing, avoid cash payments, and work with vendors who actually respect their clients’ time and trust.
