For reception, I wanted to go for a contemporary look with smokey eyes. What she did was much more beautiful than I expected. I wanted the focus to be on the eyes, and the makeup to be really subtle, and it was amazing. For the muhurtham, I wanted something very light, with something that made my eyes pop, and this came out really well too. I insisted that I did not want long lashes and preferred glossy lips. This was taken care of nicely. Her suggestions are great, and the bridal consultation was really helpful too. I also have a really fair complexion. This means a lot of MUAs can go wrong with bringing out my natural tone and features, but Sanchi did it so well! All in all, a great experience and even better job! Hi, I must say the reception look was much better than the Sangeet. Thanks for being cooperative Your makeup just made the undereye vanish. it was washed out which kind of spoilt the beauty. Without the undereye makeup that I suggested, the second half of my face looks very long and the eyes look very small. That is how I looked in Sangeet. I felt I didn't look like myself at all. That kind of makes us lose confidence to face people. It's a feedback to you to help your other customers. I think the first and foremost thing is to keep asking the client what they would like at each step by showing them what they look like in the mirror while you are working. During the Sangeet I faced the other direction and when we were in a hurry to leave is when I got a chance to see my face. And I didn't feel confident about it one bit! I didn't feel like myself too. It was just like another face was attached to my body....I'm sorry but this is what I felt. I wish you had shown me my look at each step. I felt you had not done the makeup according to my face structure. I have a thin face and this look kinda made me look thinner. During the reception look, especially since it was a dark red lipstick, you had to be very very careful while applying the lipstick on my lip line. But it was out of shape and looked very weird. We had to do a lot to correct it in the end. Most of the things I had to do on my own during the reception because I had kept looking at myself from time to time. And it's hard to believe that you couldn't see that the lipstick was out of shape and you kept proving that it was right. Maybe shouldve just taken a picture to show you how it looked when you had some time in your hands. Ultimately the client being happy is what matters afterall. Maybe if I had seen myself more during sangeet I could have suggested a lot more things I also feel you gave me a very Arabic look. Which doesn't suit me. Especially South Indians who have a more yellow undertone to their skin. During Sangeet, you took a very long time to work on the foundation and clearing up the skin that we lost major time on it, in the end I did feel my pores were still visible and I didn't end up liking the look too.... The hair was decent for Sangeet but only when I could see the final video on Instagram what you had posted, I realised that the curls were very strict and not so flowy. This also could have been avoided if you had just showed me how I looked in the mirror. Also didn't feel you were very reciprocative to feedback at that time, because when I had even sent you the reference video for the undereye, you still kept saying you didn't understand. You asked me to do it on my own. The very purpose of having engaged a professional had not been served in the end. Overall don't think the money I had spent on you was of much worth because me and my sister had to do a lot in the reception to correct it and during Sangeet we had no scope of correction when in fact it was needed

I booked Sanchi for my engagement, as it was at home I had asked for dewy makeup which doesn’t look very heavy. She helped me chose the style which would go with my outfit. I had full trust in her as I have already seen her work before, and there isn’t anyone I would Prefer for my big day. The makeup was just flawless. She also made sure to wear mask full time.

Makeup was good,I liked the makeup and Hairdo. Hairdo was good but I felt it not suiting my face , Wanted a bit more puffier hairstyle. She is very polite and friendly. She charged me separately for hair accessories, usually makeup artist will provide hair accessories by themselves. And if hair extensions is used that will be charged separately but I didn't use it though. Overall a good experience . I can recommend her work

Sanchi was amazing to work with!! I cannot begin to explain how patient, understanding and accommodative she was. She did my makeup and hair for 4 events total during my wedding and she had the same energy, enthusiasm and perfection during each event she was dressing me up for. There was some delays on our part where each event kept running into the other and we had to make Sanchi wait before getting me ready for the next event and she was extremely patient with us. Each look, she discussed w/ me and suggested any modifications she thought would better compliment me and my looks couldn't have been better during the wedding. Thank you sooo much Sanchi!! I would give her 1 star...I was not satisfied with the make up and hair do....the make up was overloaded on my face...and my hair do which was not at all suits for my face...everyone in the function were complaining about the make up...my hubby was not satisfied and keeps telling you would have done the make up by yourself rather giving it to her...... and yeah in the blog she has mentioned 7k per session but she has charged 8k....which is not worth for the makeup....and it's is important to be on time but she reported 30 mints delay....I wouldn't recommend her...pls think twice before booking her for your spl day...

Even in a very bad weather she tried to reach the location and got me ready in time. sanchi is professional and calm.

very bad..since it was a christian wedding she omitted Saree drape which falls in a second session . she really ruined the bride's day by showering so much of hesitation and too much of attitude. she was not polite and pleasing. we had a really high time and very bad experience on the day of wedding.was not clear in her needs and statements what she promised. the make over cost was reasonable but later she kept increasing the amount. expecting too much of comfort zone. we provided her food but she refused to have it as the food was from the wedding culinary. she must have controlled her anger at least by not expressing it to the bride directly...too bad...kindly make sure with full estimated bills very early as possible or she may ruin ur day...but seriously her work was really good ...but she devasted the whole day of the bride and bride's surroundings by her external tension which she must haven't thrown directly towards the bride. we have booked three months early and mentioned her clearly possibly not to have other commitments as the wedding and reception falls on the same day .but she came up reasons saying I have to more sessions to be attended on the same day...and we are not responsible for it... #disrespectful#cold shouldering
