Just wanted to express my disappointment with her unprofessionalism on our engagement day. She was supposed to arrive by 9:30 but arrived at 11:00. This pushed our schedule and gave us very little time for pictures because the venue has a strict schedule, which she seemed to disregard. Also, I have fair skin, and her makeup made me look much darker, overall makeup was horrible, likely due to her lateness and rushed work. She uses edited work on her insta profile so please be more careful before booking her. I hope you understand the impact your work has on people trusting you with their special day. Please don't ruin anyone else's day like this again. Please be more responsible. Avoid Sanya Manocha, you deserve better on your big day. AVOID HER!!!!! Zero Rating from my side!!!

I had a highly disappointing experience with Sanya Manocha. From the start, communication was severely lacking. As it was my first time booking for an event, I expected some guidance, but I had to ask about every single detail. Nothing was shared upfront, including crucial information like their policy on non-refundable deposits. When I had to adjust the timing by just 1.5 hours for my engagement, she was completely inflexible and refused to accommodate. To make matters worse, when I asked about a refund, I was told I should have asked about the non-refundable deposit beforehand. I was shocked to hear such an unprofessional response—how is a client supposed to know what questions to ask if the business doesn’t even share basic policies? Her lack of transparency, poor communication, and unwillingness to accommodate have made this a stressful and frustrating experience. If you value reliability, transparency, and professionalism, avoid Sanya Manocha. You deserve better for your special day.

The look delivered by her was just how I desired my wedding makeup to be and she even came before time.

For my engagement, I chose her she was nice, professional, on time, and helped with look and jewelry finalization. The makeup was fabulous.
