Beware! This guy is a total scammer and very unprofessional. He damands for money than the sum agreed upon after the job is done and leaves the client totally on his mercy or i must say "blackmails". Don't ever hire this greedy pig whose only job is to shell out money and avoid the client after the occasion!

This guy is so so unprofessional and greedy. He does not have etiquette to talk and curses you as well. He just wants money. It was a nightmare signing a deal with him for my friend. Dude remember you get what you do.

All his 5 ratings are fake and baseless. Most business minded photographer and cares zero about his clients requirements.

Worst photography experience by most arrogant photographer - save your big day and best memories from wrong hands. Hiring him has been my friend's lifetime regret. Please don’t waste your time and money!!!!

This brand is a biggest fraud. No matter how detailed you make your contract with them, they will find the fault and use it against you to charge extra to give your videos/photographs. He did the same with one of my friend. Denied her to give her wedding videos claiming it wasn't part of the contract. This is classic him, if you don't believe read other reviews too. I personally came across one where he mentioned 'The shoot was decided to be done in Kolkata, but they have to go outskirts of Kolkata, which wasn't part of the contract' I mean common who decides a shoot location with a pincode. This is one such cases, I am sure there are plenty more. If you want to pester to get your photographs and videos post wedding. If you have the tolerance to handle a arrogant and a self-centred person. In short if you want to ruin best moments of your life, they are a perfect fit.

Wish there was a 0 rating! Ruined by friend’s wedding. After shooting the Sangeet, he says he won’t share the video, that not being a part of the contract! Wow! On top of it, the wedding video has no sound and no editing done. Highly unprofessional. When my friend and her husband tried to discuss the same with them, he mistreated them. Never ever will I recommend anyone to go for them. Don’t spoil your best memories by hiring them.

It's been more than 2 months since the wedding and he is not giving my friend's wedding videos. He took complete payment in advance and now refuses to give the videos without more money. Pathetic experience.

Made my cousin's wedding a horrible tale for her..made her cry on the wedding day by not sending photographers and forcing her family to pick them up, give them accomodation etc otherwise they won't turn up at all. Imagine on the day of wedding! That too a wedding in Kolkata itself. All he cares about is building his brand name and will go to any heights to make more money and harras you considering importance of time and emotional related to the wedding.

Ruined my besties wedding memories and moments! Waste of hard earned money and time. One of the pathetic photographer who missbehaves, deliberately engraves each pic with bigger watermarks and each time ask for additional money despite doing the agreed payment. Cheats in deliverables to mint more money! Have to do several follow ups yet no timely or complete delivery . When visit the store makes one wait for hours, comes in late, behaves rude, harasses and abuses. Please do not ruin your once in a life time moments by hiring such a obnoxious moron!

It was so much fun to get clicked by Saurabh bhaiya. The enthusiasm is commendable. And the pictures looked surreal. Best in town. 💯

Recently Team Saurabh Rungta led by Khushboo had worked with us in my wedding. They are quite professional and would definitely recommend them. They would always be my go to choice in future as well for any other functuons. Although Saurabh himself wasn't present for any of the functions but Khushboo had promised me the best of her work and they did deliver. Although I haven't been given the complete set but their turnaround time is quite fast and the work is pretty impressive. Kudos to the entire team !

AMAZING!!!!! Saurabh and Khusboo are the most incredibly talented and professional couple. When I started planning my wedding there was no doubt who I wanted to do my photography. I had seen their quality of work and always wanted someone like them to cover my special moments. They covered all our wedding events and their support was exceptional. Both Saurabh and Khushboo were at the venue throught-out the events coordinating and guiding the team. Saurabh exuded a passion for the work, running around looking for moments to capture. I can still remember him running to and fro not to miss a single opportunity to capture the bridal entry. They really made us feel at ease posing for photos which we thought would have been awkward. We have just received part of their work and they are so good. So vividly the moments have been captured and portrayed. The shots are insanely good!!! Our families have been perfectly blended into the videos and all the special moments are so naturally captured, which is just the way we were looking for. Some events needs to ReLived, but can be done only through a photographer's lens. And these people have done their task in capturing and freezing these moments perfectly as one can imagine. Firstly talking about the cutest photographers and couple Saurabh-Khushboo are professionally and personally very helpful and friendly. Gopal and I were really comfortable working with them since they made sure it was a fun shoot. I can recall all 4 of us making jokes on married life and sharing tips on survival. The results OMG! Every picture is worth a 1000 stare! We had a different concept on pre wedding video which was new to Saurabh- Khushboo as well, hands down every second of the video came out better than our thoughts! I only had tears after watching the wedding trailer. Saurabh- Khushboo made sure we enjoyed every bit and most of all made sure that we had every moment captured. They are best at what they do, I can vouch for it! Love you guys! P.S - If I were to marry Gopal again, I would blindly dial Saurabh-Khushboo 🙈

I’m really glad I chose Saurabh and his team for this wedding. They obviously did a great job - shot the most magnificent shots and made my wedding look like a dream. But more than the photos and the fantastic editing - I would like to highlight that the experience I had with his team on the ground was one of the best. I felt like they were friends by the end of it all. They also made a solid SOLID effort in pulling me away for photoshoots and special shots and it was so hard as I was always around guests but I saw the pictures and they were a 110% worth it. The client experience ultimately really matters as that’s what we remember and take away at the end of the day :)

Loved our pictures, album, videos, trailers, film! Saurabh and his crew did a fabulous job in Goa!! We've got pictures worth a lifetime, and our families keep talking about them! Unfortunately, on day 1 did we did have some issues purely because of flight cancellations and something that was not in our hand or Saurabh's hand, but we were trying to find a middle round or solution that works both ways since my mehendi was going on at that time - and we faced some challenges with the team just to agree on certain things and be a little flexible. Saurabh Rungta the name I got to know 7 months back. I never knew he is a big shot in the field of photography. Once I was telling my sis that I had gone for Saurabh’s wedding and she told the photographer and I was like yes. She was like he is the best in his field amazing work. As a person he is wonderful person , down to earth, full of joy and energy. The photography which I see on his fb page and of course in his wedding we’re amazing. So clear , crisp with proper editing , graphics. I don’t know much jargons related to the field 😜 but trust me he is amazing. Anyone can blindly hire him for and occasion. I'd heard of Saurabh Rungta Photography from a lot of friends and about how he weaved magic with pictures. Hence, he was someone I wanted to get my pre wedding shoot done by. I was lucky enough to get the pre wedding shoot pictures and a very small video on offer. However, my experience is not a very nice one. The team cribs about money. There isn't any professionalism in their work. They want you to give them the money right after the work is done and have an air of arrogance. Then comes the deliverables. I was promised my pictures in a week and the video in 10 days time. I did get the pictures on time (which were the only good thing about the experience) but I had to literally pester the team to give me the video. Once it was given to me I wanted some editing to be done because I didn't like the first edit. And this took almost a month. So I got my deliverables after 2 months of pestering. Even when I got it I couldn't download the video for a week which led to another week of bothering the Rungtas to please let us have a downloadable version of the same. I wonder what they would have done if I hadn't paid up then and there and when they wanted it. Mr. Rungta just wants to build his own brand image. Showing the world on Facebook that he does only high end weddings and doesn't really care about what he promises his other clients. We might have got it done in half the price but we didn't force him to do it. Thus we demanded what he caters to his so called 'high-end' clients. The team really needs to infuse a lot of professionalism and work ethics into their work culture. He has another 'October' offer going on now. The same I had got. I wish the customers all the best with it. P. S. Great job done with the pictures, though!

I had hired Surabh Rungta to do my pre wedding and wedding photography. He is pretty famous in Kolkata but my personal experience with him was not that good. He is a little slow when it comes to delivering the photographs and videos and also, he doesn't do much of editing where it has to be done. Basically, my requirements were not fulfilled by him completely. He is more into building his own profile rather than fulfilling the cusomer's demands. Though, I loved a few of the pictures clicked by him.

I've had the chance to choose Saurabh Rungta to photograph some very special people in my life and I don't think I could have given them any other gift that would have matched up to the memories that he created for them. His work speaks for itself. It is more than incredible.
