Scissors and Beyond

The WORST SALON EVER. Please don’t go there and waste your money. I got nail extensions done from here (they told me full tip would be less harmful for nails and I just wanted to get gel nails done). I trusted them and went ahead with a brown chrome design but they turned the design into something like a mirror. They charged me Rs. 2200 and gave a horrible design. I painted a brown shade over it myself to hide the shitty design. I had to travel for a wedding and.. 5 HOURS after getting the nails done and painting them myself, THEY ALL CAME OFF. I requested them to give me a refund since my nails looked terrible in the wedding, I wasted my money and time and there’s no point in getting them redone now. They kept arguing with me and started lecturing me on- “service industry does not give a refund.” They said it was a mishap and they have been functional for 6 years????? First, horrible design. Second, extensions come off in 5 hours? Third, my nails looked like crap during the wedding. Fourth, my skin got bruised and bled because of the technique the woman used on my nails, they hurt even now after 3 days and they tell me to come and get it fixed instead of a refund. All they care about is making money. They still haven’t given me any refund and refused to do so anyway. I was given a green signal to write this review. Shameless and unethical. 0/10 for customer service and 0/10 for the quality of service. Please have a look at the disappointing job they have done.
