I had problems with the fitting of my dress, it was too tight and I could barely wore it for 3-4 hours. They did not alter it properly. Otherwise, the work, design, everything was nice and I was satisfied!

Seasons made my lehenga shopping experience so simple. I went to so many boutiques before but all the outfits were too OTT for my taste. Well i am a person with 0 knowledge about Ethnics , the first place i went was Seasons in Santa Cruz , it was the first outlet i stepped into for my wedding shopping and i tell you i was color blinded by the sight of so many color options and sequences. I went to the bridal lehenga section and showed them the pictures of what type of lehenga I wanted. They dont make the lehenga as per the internet- the customer service told me you have to select what we have which i found very rude at first so i stepped out of the store after a short break. I mentally prepared myself to try what they have and went for it after going to 3-4 stores nearby...I tried a gown which suit me so well and all were in awe to see me .. my family was so happy to see me .... my overall experience was good not so hysterical as i had imagined how hectic and time-consuming is it for Wedding shopping

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Havent come across such ill trained staff. They are rude and have very bad attitude towards the customers. They insulted me when I went to shop at their store. Very bad store. Never ever am I going to visit this place. If you visit be prepared to get ill treated.
