Poor professionalism! On day one of the deal, I had clarified she will collect money for all guest makeups and I will not be involved. She forgot to collect money from one and kept on calling me continuously despite the fact that I mentioned I will talk to the guest and ask her to pay. Irritated the hell out of me, and then she sent 2 people from her team who stood in the middle of the baarat and created a ruckus to collect that money. We requested to wait for 15 minutes to let the baarat pass, they didn’t budge. I had to leave the Pooja in between and pay her because she missed out on her job. On confrontation about this, she said she had no idea the team created ruckus in baarat. Extremely embarrassing situation was created! Apart from this, she just kept on calling for each and every minor inconvenience and for random updates. I had given her a rough estimate for the number of makeups (8-9 makeups, balance hairstyles), since the number fell a little short, she called me a cheater! Additionally, despite the hospitality desk being there, kept on calling me, I had to again leave a Pooja and personally receive her and give her room keys! On day two, I had clearly given her a number to coordinate, still kept on calling me!!Extremely disappointed, never recommending her to anyone else. Mind you all this ruckus was created for 1200 rupees. Also, paid her full travel cost, even if she didn’t even give me 2 travel bills.
