Half of our wedding footage was "mysteriously lost" or "corrupted" - convenient excuse after taking full payment! Instead of actual video, they lazily used still photos in the wedding film. The editing was amateur at best, making our wedding video look like a poorly made slideshow. When confronted about these issues, they simply stopped answering calls and messages. Absolutely zero accountability or professionalism. They took our money and disappeared, leaving us with incomplete, subpar memories of our wedding day. WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THEM. They are running a scam operation and will disappear with your money. If you've been scammed by them, please report to the Better Business Bureau and local consumer protection agencies. The photographs were unclear, and crucial wedding event videos were missing, with some photos misplaced in the video. Honestly, I could have taken better pictures myself with my DSLR. Their communication was nonexistent; my calls and messages were ignored. This feels like a complete scam, and I cannot stress enough how much I regret choosing them. Avoid at all costs!
