Worst photographer in Ranchi, the photographers aren't interested in capturing events rather focused on guests. Save your money and hand over camera to relative, they will at least ensure all the events are captured properly.

The team did amazingly well, they were very cooperative and worked around my schedule which in weddings is quite difficult to maintain, but they were very quick with their delivery of pictures and movies,very professional with the photography. I was elated to see my bridal portraits. Weddings are a one time phenomenon so everytime I see my wedding pics, I feel it was the right decision to have them to do the photography.

The experience of my Engagement Ceremony with SGP was pathetic. There was a huge difference in the quality of output which they showed me and what I got. They take contract of multiple wedding events in a day, but for an average Indian wedding, they hire any random photographer and cinematographer. Taking contract from multiple clients in a day is not wrong but the service should be the same which is a big issue. From my experience, I felt that their focus is more on big events and less on small events. I also had an average Indian engagement ceremony and I had paid the same amount as per their standards which was quoted, but the output which I got was like a normal studio, due to which I had to cancel the contract for all my future events. The only plus point I felt is that there was not much issue getting my refund since I had to cancel my future events.

On my son 1st birthday, we hired SGP. The cameraman was attentive for all 3-4 hours . Even the album he advice and the quality of album he delivered was very exceptional. I recommend SGP to everyone. At least try once then you will find the difference.

We had high hopes after looking at their work online on Wedmegood and other different platforms. But believe me what's shown is nowhere close to reality. We had a very bad experience by making this decision of going with them. So this was our first family function in which we were going for a professional photographer. Being new we had no idea how to deal with them and blindly trusted the work they put on social media. The work they put here is 10% of total. The cream has been posted but majority is not good in reality. Pros : Can't think of any but one among two albums provided was of good quality. Since we had opted for both bride and groom side covered. Cons : Its a long list but will highlight main points. They will make you play Catch me if you can once payment is done. I have lost count how many times we had to chase them for deliverables. PS : Never NEVER make full payment and do only a part of it before getting all the deliverables otherwise you have to wait for an year with only soft copies and 90% payment done like we did. There is no coordination in their team. An editor starts working on your project, you explain him everything then he leaves other one comes again you explain and the cycle continues. They missed to cover our two functions even after promising it. One of their editor is very rude and doesn't accepts any negative feedback. They expect you to sit with editor all day and create videos. If I had this much of time and patience what's the point of hiring a professional photographer. They have a core team of photographers which they don't send to all events. Mostly its the freelancers whose quality is not insured and they only charge you for the name they have created not work. I am not saying all of their work is bad or fake. I am just trying to highlight is what you are being showed is just a part of it. I can go on and on with the challenges faced but for now I have only learned that its useless to after big names rather its better to go for individual photographers who don't boast a large team full of learners but they have dedicated 3-4 members who give everything to make your event special. Not consider it just another assignment. This we realised when in second time we decided to for an individual photographer and we were more than happy with the work.
