Very poor service. Photographers would leave in the middle of the event. Til date more than 5 months delay in giving album and video and not received. not sure if they will ever give the same. Dont take service form them. They will stop answering your call after the event and taking money. They even gave partal photos.

After almost 10 months of waiting, I got the video files today. Without a doubt there was great excitement to watch the videos. I was speechless after receiving the albums. Seriously speaking, we got better output than we expected. None of us expected the dev to come back like this after two big crashes in a row. Biggest FRAUD of Kolkata!!! Stay away, they will spoil all your occasion. It's been more than one and half years now, still waiting for all the deliverables of the wedding photography. More than 100 calls, more than 200 messages - Calls never got picked up, and messages were never replied to. They will receive your call only till the time you have not paid 100% payment. The list of excuses for delay ranges from sick mother to examination and I have been hearing this same thing for the last 15 months now. I am sending a legal notice to Deb, the owner with all the screenshots of messages and call details. Avoid at all cost. Not at all reliable or trustworthy.

Although Kolkata-based, Shutterton Photography is also one of the best wedding photography companies in our Bhubaneswar. My best friend Madhusmita recommended Shuttertune for my wedding photography. After settling all the payments, they will come up with every possible excuse to defer your assignment. Most of the time they say they are sick and won’t answer your calls. Reaching out to Dev is such a bizarre task, he simply won’t answer your calls no matter how much important they might be. My wedding was on Nov 21, till now they have not gave the 3 min teaser. Hiring this company is the worst decision of my life. Dev, you need to inculcate some sense of professionalism in your work.

This team gives a prompt response whenever asked for ,they replied back . But the major problem is that Deb stays quite busy everytime so he forgets you have booked them ! on the evening before my engagement ,i called to let them know the car details and he had no idea what i was talking about . i got shit scared . but thank god and my luck ,that he recollected soon about it . although the very next morning just before the cab came ,i got a call from deb saying that his father has suddenly fallen ill and so someone else will come in his place . He took 1100 pics in the event and not one was straight!! i guess bob marley worked wonders on him!! He completely fucked up. Thank God one guy was a professional and so i could atleast get 50pics !! I guess ,this team needs to get serious with their work,stop delegating it to people who are not compatible for jobs like this. i expected better ,but ultimately Deb handled somehow and also i had nothing to say so i was helpless. Dint expect this but no issues ! Thank God this wasn't my big fat Indian wedding !!

It was Ok experience. The picture album was not of great quality. I have had better experience and quality at the same price with Bhubaneswar photographers. The pictures were mediocre and the video which was supposed to be 40 mins, it was just 30 mins. 10 mins less matters when it's your wedding video and holds lot of memories.The video quality is also poor. The team was friendly and good. But the amount of time I had to message and try to reach him was a huge headache. He still never replied why the video is for 30 mins instead of 40 mins as it was in our contract. Once I paid him the full amount he completely refused to communicate further. This was a very disappointing experience.

We had a great time with Shuttertune members like Deb, Chandan, Shouvik & Avi. They gave us a great memory with lovable pictures and videos. It was a 3 days occasion in Bhubaneswar. The important part was they are Bengali guys, and I will not lie, I was a little worried about this. But then I realized how wrong I was. Our wedding was a typical South Odia wedding, and Shuttertune covered the entire wedding with post-wedding photoshoot. They were affable, willing to go beyond the extra mile for all our requests, and did a wonderful job overall. We got to contact them online from his Instagram page. I inquired randomly the way I did to many others. I was least interested initially because of the distance but his work and the cost for it attracted me a lot. A Pre-wedding shoot for any couple is so important that they would never think to compromise even a thing. But besides that we always have to keep out budget in consideration. So apparently Shuttertune was the best fitting photographer for me as his work is stupendous which fits in my budget quite well. Apart from all that they are so energetic and focused to there work.
