Snaps & Shots Production

We hired snaps and shots for our wedding on 6th Dec 2024. While the day went fine, everything fell apart immediately afterward. The contract promised final delivery in 60 days. That date has passed. It's been a year now. We have received no video and no albums from our wedding. These people are inhuman by behaviour. They don't understand weeding day is the most valuable day in someone's life to keep memories. Since the wedding, Sejal and trisha has COMPLETELY GHOSTED US. Multiple attempts to contact them via phone, text, and email have gone unanswered. They took our payment and vanished. We have paid in full and received nothing. We are now pursuing legal action to retrieve our memories or demand a full refund. DO NOT HIRE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER. They will disappear with your money and your wedding memories. So bad work don't book them, my wedding album & videos don't give to me ..and they are doing false commitment to customer.and so much bad behaviour to employees .. it's my humble request to all peoples dont take booking from snaps & shoots production

Had an amazing experience with snap and shots production

I hired them to capture my wedding in 2022, and I’m only now leaving this review because of a disappointing realization. While showing my wedding videos to friends recently, I got a flashback of what was missing earlier—there’s no full traditional dance video of the bride and groom, the highlight of the entire event. Every other family member’s traditional dances were recorded, but for some reason, our own was not. When I approached them about this, I was told they focus on “cinematic” videos ( which was in bits and pieces) but that explanation doesn't hold up when all other family members’ dances were filmed in full. To make things worse, when I discussed this with the owner, Sejal, she became defensive and argumentative, instead of acknowledging the mistake. It’s disappointing and unprofessional that we don’t have this essential memory from our wedding. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same experience. If you consider booking them, be sure to go over every detail in writing—even though we did, they still overlooked what mattered most to us.

The experience of working with Sejal and Trisha was unpleasant. Their work was marked with multiple delays, inconsistent promises, il-mannered encounters when they were asked for accountability, not answering (ghosting) for days/months, unethical approaches, tied with a larger focus only on finances. They take a large chunk of the money in the first go, so as to hold it over the client and diminish their own accountability - which felt very unscruplous. The photographer reached late on the wedding, when asked - he said the management double-booked him for weddings, at one of the events the photographs were so blurred and unsteady that it was a reflection of their suspicious state. We got all the material after much back and forth, but the experience was extremely unpleasant.

Worst Experience Ever! Please brides and grooms out their. Don’t book them. They are a fraud company. Their communication is the worst. We did our pre-wed with them and were suppose to do the wedding with them. We are so so so glad we didn’t let our wedding day ruin. They didn’t even stand by the contract. We haven’t received deliverables yet. We haven’t even received the RAW DATA. They have lost our DATA. This is the worst that can happen to a client. Our advance for the wedding has already gone down the drain. These people can ignore you for months. They won’t pick up single call inspite of you calling 50 times. SEJAL won’t even reply you which takes 1 second. They did their own wedding and ghosted us.

Very bad experience. They delayed providing basic deliverables by more than 3 months and rarely respond on the delays

Worst experience ever . Spoiled my big day . Worst pictures . Paid 90% amount . Have recieved not a single videos movies album . Nothing . They dont pick up calls . Its been 2 years . I m going legal with them now . SEJAL IS THE WORST .
