My experience with snaps and shots production was excellent.Team was very cooperative n they had very unique ideas. Sejal is very easy to work with + fun adding team, so the nervousness goes away easily. My dreamy wedding photographs came straight from a fairytale. Would love to hire them again..

Had an amazing experience with snaps and shots. They have a very professional and cooperative team that tried their best to meet our expectations. The photos and videos turned out to be very nice and dreamy. Most importantly they delivered on time. Did not keep us hanging. keep up the good work.!!!

I had the worst experience of a dealing with any vendor in my life than dealing with Sejal and Sudhir for this. They are the most unprofessional, highly rude, lazy and non ethical people I have seen. There are 2 other reviews here that are negative and that is my experience exactly. They make a contract about delivery. But they do not want to adhere to any of them. Sejal will keep buttering and pestering you like you are the most important client in the world till the payment. Moment you make the payment which is 90% of the total amount, she will respond to your msgs like she has become a PM of the country. I had to continuously chase her for almost 2 years after the wedding happened to get all the deliverables. They did a highly shoddy job with videos and want us to accept as it is. No attention was paid how we wanted certain videos without asking it for 3-6 months contiously. She starts ghosting you all the time. And then will have all the excuses in the world. Whenever you will ask for a deliverable, she will say next week or 2-3 days and then no communication whatsoever for months. Basically for them if you don't ask they don't do anything. The album quality is not great, frames they provided were very cheap. Also she even mixed up the addresses where deliverables needed to be sent which I clearly stated in emails and msgs all the time and said that it is my mistake. She will always try to put blame on you for asking to complete the work for which we have paid for already. I see in other bad reviews how she's trying to put the blame on the customer reminded me how she was doing it to us as well.Please don't hire them for them for your peace of mind.When I booked them there were no reviews like this otherwise it would have helped me to overlook them. Her partner Sudhir has even abused me over the call when I asked for deliverables. You can see their behavior to the people they have replied for negative reviews. She's posting screenshots of only the little conversation that she has in her favor. I have 2 years worth of screenshots and Whatsapp chat history. So please don't bother Sejal and Sudhir. I wish there was anything good to talk about them. They ruined our wedding experience since photography is an important aspect for memories.

We had almost booked another company to cover our events and a day prior to making them advance, we received a call from Sejal regarding their availability due to a cancellation.. We were really impressed by her professionalism and decided to meet and look for things. We absolutely loved their work that we saw during the meeting, but more than that they seemed so genuine and friendly.. The entire team that covered our wedding was amazing. Me and my wife are not very camera friendly but still they managed to comfort us and made us forget the presence of cameras around us. All the deliverables were received timely and were outstanding. the candid shots specifically are superb! Highly recommend them..

The experience with their entire team was just fab. The talented team were so lovely to work with over the course of the wedding! The team was very professional, got along great with everyone. They were very inclusive of our feedback and ideas. To the point execution of what we were looking for. I feel the only thing that could have been better is the turn around time.

We had a great experience with Snaps & Shots. The team was extremely friendly and took interest in what we wanted to achieve. We only had to tell them once what our expectation was. I would say that the delivery of the final photos and videos took a really long time, so that can definitely be improved. However, the quality of photos & photography were both great. I also loved the videos that were edited.

Wedding planning involves rigorous planning and research, we went through a lot of photographers listed before finalising Snaps and Shots Production! And to be honest, this decision turned out to be the best for us! Honestly we really loved the work and the efforts put in the by the entire team into making our special days a memory of lifetime! Everything turned out to be so beautiful that we could watch them again and again and again and still feel it's all new. There was never a moment that we found difficulties reaching out to Sejal or Sudhir and the team which made the entire process easier. The entire team has always been patient, answering the smallest of queries. Would look forward to working with them again for capturing our future special events too! 🥰 Thank you so much! ♥️

Such a humble team. The pictures and the videos were very beautiful. We all really liked it. And thanks for going out of the way to handle all my tantrums and sharing up such an amazing pictures and videos.
