Worst Experience Ever! Please brides and grooms out their. Don’t book them. They are a fraud company. Their communication is the worst. We did our pre-wed with them and were suppose to do the wedding with them. We are so so so glad we didn’t let our wedding day ruin. They didn’t even stand by the contract. We haven’t received deliverables yet. We haven’t even received the RAW DATA. They have lost our DATA. This is the worst that can happen to a client. Our advance for the wedding has already gone down the drain. These people can ignore you for months. They won’t pick up single call inspite of you calling 50 times. SEJAL won’t even reply you which takes 1 second. They did their own wedding and ghosted us.

Worst experience ever . Spoiled my big day . Worst pictures . Paid 90% amount . Have recieved not a single videos movies album . Nothing . They dont pick up calls . Its been 2 years . I m going legal with them now . SEJAL IS THE WORST .

Wish I could give 0 stars. Been chasing them for over a month now and went to their office and guess what they have vacated their office and have not paid the rent as well. We as a couple decided them for our roka going against the typical photographer and this got so big it took a big toll on us as a couple. wish I could comment on every single photo on their instagram, wed me good etc that they are doing nothing but scamming people.

Extremely poor service. They left before an event because they had booked two weddings back to back, even though we introduced our family members, they took very few pictures of them, we had to follow up incessantly for their own deliverables, no timelines were even remotely met and beyond a point I got so tired of following up for things that they had included in the contract that I just asked for a refund. It has been exhausting, tiring and very infuriating to work with them. It has been a year and we havent been able to close everything with them still. We are still following up on the video and pictures. We delayed sharing our inputs too, but there was zero adherence to any timelines from their end. I am also adamant to get either my money back or the deliverables as I want them. No one should be allowed to ruin your wedding memories like this.

My experience with snaps and shots production was excellent.Team was very cooperative n they had very unique ideas. Sejal is very easy to work with + fun adding team, so the nervousness goes away easily. My dreamy wedding photographs came straight from a fairytale. Would love to hire them again..

Had an amazing experience with snaps and shots. They have a very professional and cooperative team that tried their best to meet our expectations. The photos and videos turned out to be very nice and dreamy. Most importantly they delivered on time. Did not keep us hanging. keep up the good work.!!!

I had the worst experience of a dealing with any vendor in my life than dealing with Sejal and Sudhir for this. They are the most unprofessional, highly rude, lazy and non ethical people I have seen. There are 2 other reviews here that are negative and that is my experience exactly. They make a contract about delivery. But they do not want to adhere to any of them. Sejal will keep buttering and pestering you like you are the most important client in the world till the payment. Moment you make the payment which is 90% of the total amount, she will respond to your msgs like she has become a PM of the country. I had to continuously chase her for almost 2 years after the wedding happened to get all the deliverables. They did a highly shoddy job with videos and want us to accept as it is. No attention was paid how we wanted certain videos without asking it for 3-6 months contiously. She starts ghosting you all the time. And then will have all the excuses in the world. Whenever you will ask for a deliverable, she will say next week or 2-3 days and then no communication whatsoever for months. Basically for them if you don't ask they don't do anything. The album quality is not great, frames they provided were very cheap. Also she even mixed up the addresses where deliverables needed to be sent which I clearly stated in emails and msgs all the time and said that it is my mistake. She will always try to put blame on you for asking to complete the work for which we have paid for already. I see in other bad reviews how she's trying to put the blame on the customer reminded me how she was doing it to us as well.Please don't hire them for them for your peace of mind.When I booked them there were no reviews like this otherwise it would have helped me to overlook them. Her partner Sudhir has even abused me over the call when I asked for deliverables. You can see their behavior to the people they have replied for negative reviews. She's posting screenshots of only the little conversation that she has in her favor. I have 2 years worth of screenshots and Whatsapp chat history. So please don't bother Sejal and Sudhir. I wish there was anything good to talk about them. They ruined our wedding experience since photography is an important aspect for memories.
