its a pathetic experience for my second order with sount india jewels. I oreder 2 product and both received in broken condition. For checking the defective product customer care took anather 4 days , then they shared the return shiping address for which i paied ~400 Rs with DTDC courier service ( Jewels worth with 2800 Rs)... And the shipment returned back to them on third day it self, but aftre 5 days post recieving the defective product not getting any acknowledgemnt.. I am on risk of 2800 Rs + ~400 DTDC chnarges now with no guarantee of return...

Hi , are these comments are related to actual South India Jewels? There is no brand image, logo..etc. I was misguided by all these comments.

Had the worst experience with this brand. From customer service to product quality - everything is abysmal. Will never go back to them and won't recommend them either.

Never order from this website as they send you packages which you will never receive and when asked about will only get they fake apologetic emails. They will never do anything about your issue. Please don't waste money buying anything from these people.

They don’t follow their policies and and scammers. I got a damaged necklace and they did very wrong with me and harassing me all along with new tactics.
