I was very disappointed with the overall professionalism with Sugar plum. My deadline was 30th October' 21 , she gave me th first draft only on 25th. This is despite my constant reminder. She herself doesn't provide ideas.. instead depends on my inputs. With a surge of invitations available in the market, charging me 6000 for a digital invite with not even a shred of creativity from her end is highly disappointing. But that's not the worst part. I was disappointed that she never picked up calls, never scheduled a professional connect to go through the input, never even gave me a receipt for my payment. She sends only 1 draft with very minor changes done late at night. Then when I said I don't like it, She refuses to put in any effort. Would never recommend her services. There are lots others in the market, who would make an amazing card for more than half the price.

Had a great experience with you in getting my wedding and engagement invites. Made alot of changes in my Videos and e-cards, but they have always lived upto the expectations! So much innovation n my engagement and marriage e-card and Videos are made by urvashi and she made all my invites a big hit! As she crafted with love, its actually seen how much efforts and love go in all invites she made! A big thank you to you Urvashi . ♥️😍
