There are no words to describe their irresponsibility. We’ve hired them for our pre wedding photoshoot which was 2 months prior to our wedding and we got pre wedding photos after one and half months of wedding that too with half the photos missing. When I enquired about them regarding the missing photos.. The response was “We have only these photos”. Photos with few costumes are missing in the soft copy link he gave us. I’ve been trying to contact him since 45 days and still there’s no response from him. The most pathetic things is their attitude towards customers after the event is over. They respond to all your calls and messages before the event and then they don’t give a damn about the customer.The most irresponsible team I’ve ever seen. To contact them I had to go through the photographer who clicked our pictures. They respond to the photographer and not to the customer who pays them. I regret my decision to go with them for my pre wedding shoot. Pick this photography team if you have immense patience and time after your event is completed because they don’t respond to your calls and they don’t even deliver your product on time… Leave the quality of the pictures.. The pictures themselves are missing in my case.

It's been almost a year , we still didn't get our wedding albums. The team is so unresponsive to calls and texts.

Irresponsible management. No one attends calls or reply emails or messages. Takes years to get wedding album. Quality is not as promised, we have to spoon feed video or photo editors. Very bad and disappointed experience. Our wedding was on dec 2018 still didn’t get album.

Sumuhurtham team, I feel was the best choice I made finally after an extensive search for some good photographers. Sai Kiran and team are very polite and budget friendly. They conduct themselves very well without needing to supervise them and manage to get the most beautiful photographs in the process. They effortlessly mingled into my Engagement gathering of family and friends, went out of their way to create comfortable situation for all and gave some good reminiscing collection of pictures of all the special people that came together for our celebration.
