Suryam Designer Jewellery

Terrible Experience I'm writing this review with the intention of informing the public and raising awareness. I recently visited 'Suryam Jewellers' to rent bridal jewellery and paid the full amount of Rs. 10,500. Within few hours (Same day) , I decided to cancel the deal and requested a refund multiple times. Despite my willingness to pay cancellation charges, which were not stated on the payment receipt, Mr. Piyush, the shop's manager, adamantly refused to issue any refund. It's important to note that no terms and conditions were communicated during the initial agreement. I urge potential customers to avoid purchasing or renting anything from this establishment, as the lack of integrity and ethical business practices demonstrated by Mr. Piyush make it clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. This behavior toward customers cannot be tolerated.
