had recieved their service for makeup at my own wedding and hairstyling for the same look. The makeup stayed for the entire day abd didnt fell heavy or unconfortable like full coverage makeups usually do. Hair stayed in place the entire time and was pretty comfortable to carry throughout the day. they're very versatile and provide complete service. They helped me out with my outfit issues in the last minute which wasnt really their scope of work but saved me a lot of time and inconvenience. Highly recommend.

First and foremost, it's completely unacceptable for a makeup artist to miss a scheduled function without any notice and to not even send a backup artist from their team. This is a major breach of professionalism and can cause significant stress and inconvenience. She missed my best friend's sangeet wherein she was responsible for her makeup and hair (stating that she is sick and might miss the D-day function if she worked for the sangeet) Even though she was previously informed that the wedding day she is supposed to be with the bride as she had to change outfits during pheres. Initially she agreed but on the wedding showed multiple tantrums and didn't even know how to drape a saree. Doing make-up was just not her thing. She and the hair dresser with her were only concerned about leaving the venue. If they couldn't stay they shouldn't have accepted this proposal. Ruining the wedding dat for people is just not acceptable. On top of that she had the audacity to be rude and sulk that we have taken up her time. For god's sake you were paid for the same. FYI - your work wasn't worth the amount paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUCH PEOPLE WHO CANT'T BE PROFESSIONALS AND RUIN SUCH IMPORTANT DAYS FOR PEOPLE.

Worst experience and zero professionalism. I was the bride from Delhi, when i came to her studio she behaved so nice and readily accepted everything. I informed her that my wedding will gonna be long and i am changing two outfits in between and i need different things for both. I also informed her that my second outfit will be done at night at the time of phera. She readily accepted everything very politely. But on the day of event she started behaving very strangely and started making excuses on everything. By the time of booking she said - “ hum to aapki shadi attend kar lenge, koi na sab ho jayega”. She did nothing like I expected. She did nothing for eye makeup, she only know how to put glitters on eyes. She did the same thing for my relatives as well. Most importantly, a day before she came for my sangeet hair and makeup and started saying that she isn’t well and if I won’t let her go for today then she won’t be able to come for my wedding hair and makeup. I understand that we all are human and we get unwell, but she didn’t even asked or sent the backup artist as well. I was all confused and disappointed that who will do my sangeet makeup and hair. Same she behaved on wedding day as well. Zero professionalism. Someone in reviews also said this- “to have a backup ready if u are booking this artist”. I completely agree with this. She ruined my big day.

Choosing Tanu was the best decision I made. She and her team was very sweet and humble and were listening to all our doubts and suggestions. The makeup was very very good and up to the mark. I would really suggest anyone reading this review to just book her as your MUA without any second thought. Thank you Tanu and her team for dolling up me and my family. Good work ❤️
