That One Affair

Here’s my honest experience with this team. To be very frank, hands down, they are the best in the market right now. You won’t regret spending a single rupee on them. They are extremely sincere about their work, brilliant with their editing, and amazing at handling situations. They always have a smile on their faces and never make excuses or say ‘it can’t be done’. They genuinely want their work to stand out and always honour the commitments they make to their clients. They are very true to their time commitments. They arrived exactly when promised, kept us updated on everything, and provided absolutely everything you’d expect from a photographer. The owner and the entire team were wonderful. Manali, Ankita, Akhey, Saurabh and Pritesh were outstanding. From my engagement day to the wedding, they were with us throughout. Our wedding started early morning with a South Tamil ceremony, followed by a church wedding in the afternoon, and later our reception. In between, there was also a baraat, as it was a beautiful mix of two different state cultures. The day went on until 12:30 at night, and they had arrived at the location at 7:30 in the morning. I honestly felt guilty seeing them work non stop the entire day, but not once did they complain. They were smiling, laughing, and genuinely enjoying themselves. They never questioned last minute changes or asked why something was added. They simply went with the flow and enjoyed capturing my in laws, family, and every little moment. The entire family loved you all so much. Even the next day, everyone was still talking about you and how incredible you were. Not once did we see a fake smile. Everything about you felt genuine and warm.🥰 What touched me the most was their kindness. Even at the very end, when everyone was exhausted, Ankita sweetly asked me for a video bite at the end of the day. That small moment stayed with me. It showed that beyond being incredibly hardworking professionals, they are truly kind human beings. I connected with them so effortlessly, and they made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for capturing my wedding so beautifully. These are memories I will cherish for a lifetime without a single regret. A heartfelt thank you to That one Affair Team from me and Jassey. Not a good experience at all! Talked to them in depth about the coverage of all our wedding related events, discussed for over two weeks about the team of photographers, pricing, creative vision. Agreed to pay after discussions and kept following up for payment details, they did not share anything and ghosted us. All of a sudden, after many follow ups for the payment details, we were told that they have onboarded a different customer without having the courtesy to ask us or inform us about anything. When questioned, we were told that the team who onboarded the other customer was not aware of us being interested for the same date. Ongoing discussions for almost 2/3 weeks with us and the families, and the other team members aren’t aware of us at all! The person we were communicating with told us that she wasn’t aware that someone else was onboarded as a customer because their grandparent passed away that day. Humble condolences for your loss, may his soul rest in peace. However, what about the two weeks of discussion prior to that day ma’am? How is the team not aware? Is this the sort of co-ordination your team will bring on the wedding events too? I’m sure they got a good deal from the other customers even after committing to us. Which is fine too - but it just shows how “business oriented” they are in a “customer and service” oriented field. Unprofessional and lack of basic courtesy. We refused many other photographers and teams - who in fact had the courtesy to reach out to us beforehand because it is a heavy Muharat date - because we had said yes to The One Affair, we now need to do this process again. All in all, a horrible experience - imagine how much time would they take to deliver the finished photos and videos if they could turn their backs after committing to the services to a customer. They might just ghost you after committing and sweet talking for weeks. Only posting this to caution others!

Decent work, the highlight video was good, they infact gave us 2 highlight videos instead of one that was promised, the reels could have been better
