I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with this vendor was so frustrating that I felt people should know before booking. The biggest issue was reliability. Once the payment was done, the professionalism disappeared. We kept waiting for our album and videos far beyond the promised timeline, and every time we tried to get an update, we either got vague answers or no response at all. It always felt like we were chasing them for something that should have been delivered without reminders. The attitude was another problem. Instead of acknowledging delays, they spoke in a very dismissive manner, which made the whole situation even more upsetting. When you invest your money and trust for something as important as your wedding memories, this is the last type of treatment you expect. If you’re considering this vendor, please think twice. The delay, the unresponsiveness, and the overall behaviour made this one of the most stressful parts of our wedding experience. I honestly wish we had chosen someone else.

I would advise anyone considering this vendor to stay away. Our experience with Amit Shelly has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Despite paying all the money in advance, the level of service we received was shockingly unprofessional. We were promised that all deliverables listed in the quotation would be provided within 90 days. It has now been over a year since our wedding (November), and we are still waiting for our wedding album. Throughout this entire time, we’ve had to repeatedly chase them for updates. Even getting our wedding videos required constant follow-ups. What makes it worse is their attitude — whenever we contact them about our pending album, they respond rudely, as if we’re asking for something unreasonable. For the amount we paid, this treatment is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable photographer. If I could give a rating below zero, I absolutely would.

Be extremely careful before booking this vendor. I would strongly recommend choosing a different photographer for your wedding photos and videos. My wife and I have been deeply disappointed with the service provided by Amit Shelly. We paid ₹2.4 lakh upfront, and despite that, we had to follow up countless times just to receive our wedding videos. They promised that everything listed in the quotation would be delivered within 90 days — yet here we are, more than a year later, and we still have not received our wedding album. Whenever we try to reach out about the album, they are rude and dismissive. Even the videos we did receive required constant chasing from our side. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially for something as important and emotional as a wedding. If you want peace of mind, please choose a different photographer. Honestly, if there was an option for a negative rating, that’s exactly what I would give.

The Blissful Tales captured our wedding with warmth and grace. The team was calm, respectful, and never intrusive—letting moments unfold naturally while still catching every emotion. They truly understood our vision, welcomed feedback, and made us feel at ease.

Worst photographer!! Regret hiring him on my wedding. It has been one year and I still haven’t received any edited images or full video. After you make payment to him you will be begging him for your deliverables.

Fantastic vendor for weddings! Prompt and professional communications before the event by Robin (part of Amit's team). Detailed and clear deliverables from the beginning. Photography/video team was professional and on time for all functions. Amit was there for our Sangeet function and his team delivered some amazing shots and recommended times for each event to have the best lighting. Highly recommend working with them!
