Working with Shweta was a seamless and hassle-free experience, that too from a different city. She translated exactly what we wanted for a wedding reception and the end result was sophisticated, tasteful and very elegant. The lighting, flower arrangements and decorations, table-toppers and announcement board were all beautifully done and much appreciated. Her suggestions were excellent, too. We are glad to have had her help us with the decorations and arrangements for such an important event.

We took help from The Celebrators for our daughters 5th birthday and boy we took the right call! It was a pastel carnival theme and Shwetha helped us curate the perfect flow for our theme. We had around 200 guests enjoy the entire space and extra credit for suggesting the best activities! Shwetha was not pushy about anything and gave us perfect advice when it came to quantity of whatever we needed. We did not want the usual caricature/tattoo activities. She got the most amazing artists to do pottery and balloon art. She also helped us put up a kiosk with popcorn and candy floss. The crowd was completely blown by a bubble show by an artist she connected us with. We are super grateful to her for making the day absolutely memorable! Also wanted to add that her crew was also very efficient and quick to act on any of our needs during the event

Shweta was an absolute delight to work with. We reached out to her just a week before our Mehendi, Sangeet, and Cocktail event, and we were skeptical with this timeframe. But she hustled and got it all done. As soon as we gave her a gist of what we wanted, she had decor ideas, color themes, layout setup, etc. all within a day. We had so many questions about BLR Club (the venue) - layout, what’s allowed and what’s not, etc., but she explained everything to the dot. What I appreciated the most was that she knew the urgency, and even came with us to the BLR club office to sort out what needs to be done, and what we would require for our event. It was such a relief. She organised fab LED screens, mehendi booths, round tables & chairs, bride-groom couch, party poppers, customised name boards, lighting, and a beautiful backdrop for our photobooth area as well. The materials that she used were good quality and so elegant. Everything was very thoughtful, detailed and Shweta has a personality to work with - it made us feel at ease. I would recommend her blindly to anyone who is after a great event planner in Bangalore, and especially if its in BLR Club because she knows it all.

Ours was a complicated event as we were situated in different cities and countries, trying to organise in Bangalore. Shweta was rock solid throughout the process and several uncertainities. Everything was perfectly done and even last minute requests and changes were made with ease. She worked according to our budget without compromising on quality. That's what sets her apart from other organisers who tend to push clients towards higher budgets. My entire family and I are extremely grateful to Shewta and her team and wish her and the Celebrators a successful future.
