We book this company for my marriage in mussoorie on 30th April , 2021 and Maxwell from this company ran away after taking 50% of amount which is 6 lakhs. My father calls him everyday and he started threating him that he will harm him if we come to Dehradun again for the money. He and his wife both are involved in corruption gang. Beware of this company. They are history cheaters and multiple court cases running on them. I am writing this review because I don't want more people to come into their trap !

Both are fake event organizers please don't recommend them. I soon sue him for duping me 6lakh for my wedding which is in Dherdhaun. I want them to be banned from every event-based co. please check your vendor before listing it on your website. Already a Case is going on maxwell dollan for a fraud event. Please request everyone to ban them from every platform. I would like to make sure that anyone in this area is also not approached in the same way. The same person seems to have tried to scam people. They are obviously a fake party planner. They are listed with different names on different platforms. You will be behind bars soon.

Maxwell dollen and Ashima dollen contact us and after they showed their fake presentation they got 3 days wedding event from us in Mussoorie They took booking amount from us which was 50 thousand on urgent basis as they told us that hotel occupancy is about to get full and never gave booking amount to hotel. They didn't showed us the receipt ..We contacted hotel and hotel denied any bookings for us. We had an agreement with them and gave them 6 lakh rupees as initial payment which included 50% advance and payment for photographer which they never gave to photographer. 3 days before the event they started asking for 5 lakhs more and did nothing on our event date and the wedding did not happened .. We are still asking for our 6 lakh rupees in total and Maxwell from Shaadiwaale is give threats to us that if we come to their place for money they will harm us. This is a fraud gang !

This guy Max is a scamster. We spoke to him due to the reference by Mr Jayant from Tantraa Event Mgmt who were initially our event manager but later said that they are busy hence Mr Max willI take care of event. We paid 50% advance to this Max but had to cancel our event in Hotel Ganga Kinare Rishikesh due to Covid. Now he has ran away with the advance money paid to him by us and the worst part is he has even stopped picking calls and always gives a lame excuse that I am at hospital and can't talk now. My experience says that this guy Max is nothing but a total FRAUD guy who will initially sugarcoat good words and then will run away at the time of execution or thereafter. And Mr Max if you are reading this please be ready for a legal action. People like you should always get the punishment of their wrongful deeds. Hey Max read this Giving threat of a legal action doesn't prove you right. First of all show me the quotation which Eventalist or you have sent us. Secondly situation like pandemic is a force majeure situation where all contractual obligations become null and void. What do you think that I am some child who will get scared of your threats. Let us meet in court and you will be shown how events are done. You have paid advances in cash but that's your problem. I will not lose my hard earned money to scamster like you.

Big time fraud. One suggestion- do not even meet him (Max). He will show you wow things and commit everything that you want but then you will eventually see your wedding getting ruined And only minimal basic things...! Its irrespective of the budget !!!!! We did not even negotiate with him on the quote...going by his words and professionalism which was all a scam ....Typical event managers who just wins clients with words and then once paid will show true colors.....Cannot believe we sat with him for hours and closed everything and served him with such dignity at our own house. Its hurtful to meet such people in life who build such nice relationships with you (he called me his sister) only to eventually ruin your day! You are the worst Max ! I will never forget and forgive you ! Do not go by the other few top 5 rated reviews.....still if you wish to ruin your biggest day...well these are best ones for that ! He actually became a family member and ruined my day...It is hurting to the core !

The Eventalist is one of the best Wedding Planners. Entire team is involved from planning to execution it was a pleasure having them on board for any kind of wedding or event requirement. All the best keep rocking.

We painfully regret hiring Eventalist as our event manager. It was a complete disaster. I Got in touch with this guy through wedmegood. To begin with, it is owned by this guy called Maxwell Dollen who initially behaved very well and agreed on delivering the kind of work we wanted, for which we made every detail clear through Excel sheets and ppts that we prepared and shared with him. He wanted 50% advance and we paid him. As the date got closer to the wedding, he started acting funny and was completely unavailable for 1 month prior to the weddingmm kept saying he's busy with other events. He was only available 2-3 days before the wedding where he was still unsure of what was to be delivered. This guy didn't even read the files we sent. One day before the wedding he asked for more money and fought over it. Since we were really frustrated with his attitude and lack of any preparation we asked him to return the money so we could hire another vendor at last moment, to which he refused. So we had to hesitantly go ahead with him. When the work started, we were devastated with the difference between what he promised and what was being delivered. Firstly he did not deliver half of what we had asked. Secondly every single bit of the decor he did was substandard, cheap and pathetic. Nothing was as per theme or colour. Things like drapes were torn. Props were old, worn out and unlike anything we had asked for.. he was blindly doing whatever he wanted to do which had no similarity whatsoever with what was finalized. We had asked for only only real flowers and he gave us cheap fake flowers. Everything was poorly managed. No one from his team was there to even answer queries or make changes on the spot.. if by chance we got hold of anyone, they were rude and non cooperative. Also this guy had introduced us with a caterer which we had hired and he ended up being a bigger disaster for us. We were deeply saddened with the amount of preparation and planning we did for making the most important days of our life beautiful and how he turned it into a complete disaster. I will say, just stay away from this guy. He is a complete sham. If someone is interested, I could show the pictures of what we asked and what he delivered. We couldn't have had a worse experience. Even a local tent and decorator would have done a better job.
