From our initial conversation to the big day, we felt as though we had a wise friend with wedding advice at every turn. Tanushree amazed us with her ability to make wishes come true. If you are reading this, DON’T HIRE TANUSHREE KALA FROM THE FLORAL KNOT.. She is a fraud!! Worst service and experience ever. We planned for my sister’s wedding all year and she screwed up everything for us. The venue was Jaypee Mussorrie despite every detail discussed she backed out last minute. One day prior to the wedding she assured me and my family that everything is in place. On the wedding day when we reached the venue we found out nothing was done as discussed, she was not even at the venue to give us any details of what was happening. After several calls she told us that she ran short of flowers and other materials for decor and had to rush back to Dehradun. We waited for 3 hrs the baraat arrived and she kept fooling us while she was at Savoy Mussorrie planning another event on the same day. The hotel staff told also tried calling her but she stopped responding to our calls and left us amidst everything with no help whatsoever. I can’t even explain the disappointment and embarrassment we had to go through, she is not only unprofessional but extremely money minded. She took 90% advance and did not even deliver 10% on the wedding day. We have asked the Jaypee Manor Residency hotel to remove her from the panel so she cannot do this to anyone else and proceeding with a legal action against her. My humble request if you are reading this DON’T HIRE HER, she is incompetent of delivering what she promises. She will take the money and leave you stranded on the event day that’s her capability!!! I contacted Tanushree one year before our wedding date. She was very happy to assist me and when I visited Dehradun during our venue selection process I went to the Floral Knot office. We were very impressed with the creative ideas that were shared with us for our wedding within our budget range. Tanushree was in constant touch with us once we signed TFK as our wedding planners. Her experience and particularly her decor ideas especially designing us an enlarged book where I poured out my emotions to my husband at the reception was particularly brilliant.
