Our experience with Gifting Saga by Aanchal for 10 trunk rakhi boxes and 1 bhabhi box was equally disappointing, if not worse. When we were finalizing the order, Aanchal aggressively pushed us to confirm the number of boxes quickly, promising exclusive passport covers and Plum body wash as part of the packaging. She insisted that once the count was locked, she could place the order and include these extras. However, just one day before dispatch, she casually backed out, saying passport covers were not available anymore. To make matters worse, she replaced the promised Plum products with Bella Vita body wash, without informing or getting our approval. She then tried to justify the swap as an “upgrade,” which it clearly wasn’t. And after all that, she told us that if we still wanted the original promised extras, we’d now have to pay extra—even though they were the very things she used to push the order in the first place. She also forced us to make full payment—including shipping—before dispatch, even though her online policy clearly states that 10% is to be paid after delivery. When we brought this up, she insisted that her own “policy” requires full payment in advance, contradicting what’s publicly advertised. This contradiction reflects how she operates—saying one thing online and doing the opposite in practice. The boxes themselves were filled with cheap, flimsy items—clips, charms, and keychains that were nowhere near the ₹1,000 per box price point. The quality was poor, the packaging lacked thought, and it was obvious the focus was only on margins, not value. We even asked her to take back the trunk boxes and issue a refund, but she didn’t respond on taking them back at all. Her silence spoke volumes about how she handles dissatisfied customers. She had already made her profit, and accountability was clearly never part of her business model. This experience followed a clear pattern: lure the customer with high-value promises, seal the order quickly, backtrack before delivery, and ignore complaints post-payment. Between the misleading claims, last-minute substitutions, low product quality, and lack of professionalism, this was another deeply frustrating and absolutely terrible gifting experience.

My experience with Gifting Saga by Aanchal for 60 customized baby hampers was an utter disappointment. Aanchal, who was the sole point of contact, made elaborate promises—beautifully curated hampers filled with imported chocolates, ragi chips, imli laddus, biscuits, candles, and personalized tags. But what we received was a logistical and quality nightmare. Two containers were entirely empty, and two others had only three chocolates each. Most of the containers, which were meant to be “filled,” were instead packed with cheap fillers she never disclosed. Biscuits were already broken before shipping, visibly crumbled and purposely packed to appear full. Despite her repeated assurances that glass containers had been safely shipped across PAN India without any issues, 25 glass jars arrived broken, along with 18 shattered candles. Before dispatch, she had promised to resolve any issues, but when the problems occurred, she offered no accountability and responded with excuses. Even after we sent photo and video evidence, she tried to justify the poor quantity with claims about item weight that had never been communicated before. We even asked her to send replacement chocolates, imli laddus, and flowers, but were told her partner refused—not because of the hamper issues but because we hadn’t returned their rakhis worth ₹2,000, which were completely unrelated to this order. For a ₹60,000 order, that response was insulting and showed a shocking lack of professionalism. She also charged ₹6,800 for transportation, yet only shared a partial screenshot of the receipt that excluded the actual amount, simply instructing us to pay what she quoted—without any transparency. According to her online policy, 10% of the amount is supposed to be paid after delivery, but in our case, she repeatedly pressured us to pay the entire amount upfront, including shipping, saying this was “her policy.” Clearly, what she claims online is completely opposite to what she practices in reality. We ended up spending an additional ₹15,000 to make the hampers presentable ourselves. The tags, which were separately billed, were printed on basic A4 paper. She had shared only an image of the tag design beforehand, with no mention of the paper quality, and no one can assess material type from a JPEG or PDF file. With a newborn at home, instead of celebrating, we were fixing what she was paid to deliver. The lack of ownership, poor ethics, and substandard quality made this the worst gifting experience we’ve ever had. We are attaching all images here for reference. A vendor that prioritizes money over honesty and evades responsibility has no place in a service industry.

Anchal did a fantastic job curating the return gift hampers for our baby’s celebration! The hampers were beautifully assembled with thoughtful and high-quality items, making them both elegant and practical. Every little detail, from the packaging to the selection of gifts, reflected her creativity and dedication. Our guests truly appreciated the effort, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Anchal, for making this so special!
