If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY from Sugitraa. I ordered a wedding invitation package in July 2024, paid in full upfront, and received nothing but disappointment and stress. The order was supposed to include 7 digital versions, a logo, and entry boards, but this vendor completely vanished after payment. Communication, which was constant before payment, dropped to a pitiful trickle, with a single vague message every few weeks about 'still working on it.' When we finally received the first draft after two months of radio silence, it was an absolute mess—filled with errors that any professional would be ashamed of. I sent back a detailed list of corrections, yet Sugitraa returned version after version of sloppy, substandard work. This vendor clearly has zero respect for clients or any ability to follow simple instructions. By mid-October, we had only 5 digital versions. I chased Sugitraa every single day for the remaining files and printable copies, but they ignored calls, texts, and even requests for a partial refund. They took my money and ran. My family in India tried to track them down, only to discover the address on the invoice was fake—this is online fraud, plain and simple. I contacted Etsy for support, but since the payment was made outside their platform, there was nothing they could do. Sugitraa is a waste of time, money, and energy. Save yourself the headache and find someone else."
