The Shutter House

After perusing a number of Instagram photography accounts, we got in touch with The Shutter House. The photos allowed us to see life, and the monochrome ones were the most striking. Rachana called us multiple times, urging us to set aside some time for photography. To be honest, we had never seen someone so kind as her in this busy world. The photographers showed up on schedule on the big day, we managed to get some reception photos in, and they even suggested using firecrackers to mark the bride and groom's entrance. We were really able to remain composed and relish every second of the shoot because the photographers were constantly kind and smiling. We had some lovely photos taken on Muhurtham Day in the early morning light, but the crowding on the stage setup made us anxious about the quality of the shots. I still recall Rachana's entry into the stage at that precise moment, how she squeezed herself into a tiny area, and how hard she and her team worked to capture our special moments. Her commitment to and love of photography were evident! We were surprised by how well our album and video turned out. It was Heritage City royalty, if I may put it that way. We are delighted that we chose your team because we have received so many compliments on the photos to date. Many thanks to Rachana and the team! We now have our go-to photography team for all upcoming events.

The shutter house as a team is good wedding photographers you would need on your big day! They are very professional and pleasure to work with. Even though we had tight schedule due to multiple rituals they managed to get amazing pictures in every moment. The pictures and videos were so beautiful and amazing! My family loved the videos and the albums. Starting from the day we planned our engagement till wedding rachana was there with us for all discussions related to photography. Rachana was very friendly and took all the ideas we had shared for wedding photos. Rachana and team did very well and thank you guys!

Shutter house and team were absolutely amazing! They were very easy and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a very tight schedule and did not have as much time as we would have liked for photos but they still managed to capture amazing pictures that make us feel as though we are right back on that day. They were very professional and photographs are stunning. We are so thankful for the work that they did.

On the event day i felt comfortable working with them but the actual problem began later , I was very particular and clear about what i wanted ,I had informed Rachna that i am looking for a particular kind of candid video where i want my family and freinds to talk which is pretty common these days but they didnt bring mike on the event day and audio ended up being shitty and the editor made a lot of excuses that he cant have voice in the candid video and he delivered something at the end which till date i havent watched again because i get disappointed each time plus major problems was even for first set of pictures i had to call 100 times , and and for each delivery i had to follow up a lot which really frustrated me a lot , traditional pictures were average , candid pictures were good but some pictures editing was too shabby where clothes color was only changed and videos trailers were good but actual video was just a collage of different shots and not what i asked for , i see extreme lack of professionalism, we got the album after an year of wedding and printing quality is average where some pictures are faded out . Overall it was a hectic followup of one year. As a bussiness owner she didnt take the ownership to follow up with different people we did follow up with editors album guys etc. Note: Please dont go by any influencer's wedding vidoes or pictures i did this mistake , the service offered to them and you are different

The shutter house team is very amazing and always meet the more expectations of a client. And Rachna mam dedication towards the photography is marvellous. The staff have outstanding personalities and very joyful and helpful. They all feel like a family. The shutter house is not doing only photography but they are creating beautiful memories of ours. Every pictures have its own prettiest stories. I have no doubt about the successful destination of 'The Shutter House' photography. Thank you for making our photograph more gorgeous.

This is the worst service I had for my wedding. She had no value for her own commitment and timelines. She has 0 professionalism.I had to followup up atleast 5 times to get a reply. And, it took more than a year to get all the photos of which raw images never came. We were so fed up with her excuses that we decided to not to go ahead with the album for which she had charged 10k in beginning. She refused to pay back quoting her terms and conditions. But, has no condition on missing her timeline or quality. I have all the chats messages to prove above. I absolutely repent using their service for my big day. In case you are going ahead with their services then do check all terms and conditions carefully, it should be reasonable for both the parties and not one sided. Otherwise look for another photographer, there is no dearth of good photographers.And, wedding is one time event so worth spending extra for a better photographer with guaranteed service/quality.

It was wonderful working with Shutter house. Rachana was very patient, cooperative all throughout the process. She got our instructions exactly right and everyone loved our pictures. Wedding photos are very special and they capture it in such an amazing way that you can treasure it for your lifetime. I searched a lot and finally decided on shutterhouse after reading their reviews and the confidence Rachna and her team had.
