We opted for TWT by the quality stars they have got but do not deserve at all. Very unprofessional TWT has mentioned in their response that we have 10k pending to be paid which is not true. We had received a quotation of 130k and the final agreed amount was 115k as per the attached screenshot where by the TWT owner has himself done the calculation and mentioned the final amount.(attaching the screenshot for reference) The agreed amount has been duly paid off as under 07/11/20: 15k 26/11/20: 50k (27/11: wedding date) 15/12/20: 20k 13/05/21: 30k 30/07/21: finally data received Full amount was paid well in advance before the delivery and whenever asked for without a single day's delay. Delayed deliveries almost after 6 months of wedding. The hard drive for raw data was delivered by Jinay Shah (the groom) by personally visiting TWT office from Ahmedabad to Baroda. TWT was informed well in advance about Jinay's arrival and the data requested. It was agreed that TWT will be uploading all the data within a day's time and we were okay with that. But Surprisingly, the team was not available at the office at all and we were not even informed about their non-availability. Photographs received are edited only by full brightness (i.e. unedited) In case if TWT has done work with application of enough knowledge, please share our good edited photos which are already shared with us except the 2 on our insta page which were received after enough follow-up for our marriage certification. We are ready to show the edited photographs received from your end to any one. How TWT has done the labour work and not applied enough knowledge. Horrible wedding photos I have on my hand Not responsive at all. Extreme communication gap. Not at all worth the spending Complete waste of time and money After so many follow ups and calls we have received the final teaser. The 1st teaser provided was worst. One cannot believe that a professional photographer would have created the teaser. 1star is given only for the final teaser otherwise would not give any star. We also received the highlights after 2 edits and lot of follow ups due to which lost all the charm of the highlights. We wait for responses and quality work and we are not concerned with few relatives added or not. When we suggested a few things to be done and were denied of doing so, we did believe in the knowledge TWT possessed and very ready for doing it the way TWT wanted. The only thing we need is quality work which TWT failed this time. I hope no other newly weds would face this in the darkest of their nightmares. I m fed up of constant follow ups so have decided to hire another photographer to edit few selective wedding photographs. Would never ever suggest this photographer. Definitely think for 1000 times before you leap for this photographer

TWT..!! They have done an extraordinary work. From pre-wedding photo shoot to reception they were on time in all functions. The team with well equipped professionals have captured all the moments and made them very special. Our demands for photography were quite high and picky, so we thought they might get tired/bored, but it came out other way around and they were pushing us for more and more photography with all enthusiasm, energy and smiles. We absolutely loved working with TWT. We had over 300 guests including foreign nationals. TWT team are dedicated professionals. They are well planned and perfect in their execution. My wedding had different locations and they covered it all with finesse. They covered my brother's wedding too and we are super happy with their work. From the very first discussions to the delivery of the final albums and videos, they have been so organized. The TWT team is well learned in their craft and are experts in what they create. They understood our requirements (I was dead against any stereotypical poses/prewedding shoots) and delivered to T. TWT is quite perceptive in the client's requirements and do not impose 'trends'. They created the wedding in film and print in the most memorable way. Their song choices and editing is to the client's expectation, not just pasting any random track.
