Worst service ever, won't recommend to anyone. Cutting short on the sheer disappointment I've faced since the time I've ordered three Rakhi hampers from this brand: 1. Hampers product items were missing (2 items in all the hampers). 2. No fancy packaging (as shown in the pictures, the Toska team mentioned that the packaging was out of stock after we complaint). 3. Missing manufacture or expiry product labels (the Toska team said the packaging labels were in printing, aren't they suppose to be printed and applied on the date of manufacturing.) 4. Wrongly charged (we got the pricing tags on a few products which were way less than what they were charging and claiming). 5. Replaced products in hampers without asking me (since the team assumed they could give anything to customers without taking any permission). And the worst part of the Toska team's service is instead of accepting or apologizing for ruining my occasion by sending an incomplete hamper; the team was proudly justifying what they did was right. The team even tried to escape by saying that okay, we would send you the missing products; it is in the process, but it's been two months, they are not responding to the calls or messages or updating us with the status refunding the amount for the same. No response to calls, Instagram/Facebook messages, emails! Understanding that a brand might make mistakes and its bound to happen sometimes while you are in a business, but with this brand, they think customers are fools; they take the money from customers, but in return would deliver you half-done hampers. Very unprofessional, and I mean it very genuinely.
