Most third graded services I have ever experienced in my life. These guys did a photo&video session of my daughter's rice ceremony on 27th Jan 2020. First issue was the delivery..I received the raw images in the month of May, 2020 and received final album in the month of September. I can understand the PANDEMIC Situation but still these kind of services that takes place digitally took 9 months. Secondly they asked for selection of songs for video and none of them been used. ALbum itself was such a poor quality and it was absolutely clear that they did the entire thing processed in less than few weeks or month. Next issue is I asked these guys to send me all the raw photos so that I can create a new fresh album all by myself and he sent me only 10 - 12 through google drive. I AM TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!!
