I got married recently and I booked kanika as my make up artist after the trial that she gave it to me... It was nice the product used were very good but to my surprise on my wedding day instead of Kanika ... Anjali came with two other assistants. Anjali used biotique and mars brand products on me. My wedding was scheduled in April and it was an indoor venue with very good air conditioners but still make up faded and patches on my skin were quite visible. The quality of the products were very poor and my special day was ruined because of this team.

She is the worst I can say. She uses sugar coated words to get the work.than pathetic delivery.extracts money instantly before marriage threatening not to do work.she will do reverse of wat u ask for. Every month her staff changes and u have to get the exercise done again n again and still the quality is pathetic. She hires students who r need of money at petty salary.Absolutiuly unprofessional. Never ever fall in her trap.she does not even pays to her vendors.U ll constantly beg her despite the complete payment done by u. Ever time u meet or call her she is ready with a story to play a victim card for the delay.she doesn't values the timelines set by herself unlimited times.Ultimately u ll not be happy with her deliverables and video to kisi aur se he banwani padegi definetely.

Absolutely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Please do not hire this company for photography or videography services. My engagement took place in November 2024, and as of mid-May 2025, they have failed to deliver any promised deliverables. All we received were unprocessed raw photos — no edited pictures, no videos, no reels, no album — nothing. They were quick to sign a contract and take the full payment, but once they got the money, they completely stopped responding. Multiple calls and follow-ups were ignored or avoided. They keep pretending to be "too busy" but clearly have no intention of fulfilling their commitment. Their behavior is deceptive and unethical, and this is nothing short of a breach of trust and contract. I strongly believe a consumer court complaint is warranted against this company. Avoid this service at all costs. They will ruin your special moments and give you nothing but stress and regret.

The worst and most unprofessional photographer ever. My sister’s wedding was on 17th Feb 2024. Sadly, our grandfather passed away just a few days before, on 13th Feb. Instead of showing even a shred of humanity, this heartless woman demanded an extra ₹10,000 for that day. And what did we get in return? NOTHING. No photos, no videos — just endless lies and pathetic excuses. We even went to her office, and guess what? She literally asked her team to shut the lights and lock the office from inside just to avoid facing us. Who does that? Completely shameless behavior. After wasting an entire year, she now says she’s closing her business and won't be providing any data at all. She even emailed us saying that if she couldn't deliver the content by 14th Feb 2025, she would refund 40%. Well, surprise — no refund, no data, no response. This woman is a complete scam artist. If you care even a little about your memories or your money, STAY AWAY from this fraud. Ruining someone’s once-in-a-lifetime moments for profit — it doesn't get lower than this.

Unacceptable delay in service. It's been over 6 months since I paid for photography services and I still haven't received my album. Despite numerous follow-ups, there's been no communication or delivery. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone. Poor professionalism and time management

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional & Unreliable Experience We had an extremely disappointing experience with Kanika and the VBK team. Despite making full payment in advance, we are yet to receive even a single final deliverable. Repeated follow-ups were met with delays, false assurances, and a complete lack of accountability. Their unprofessionalism and negligence have caused immense frustration and distress. We were promised timely delivery of our wedding and engagement videos and albums, but to date, nothing has been shared. The commitment and communication have been utterly lacking, and our trust has been completely broken. She only wants money and thereafter, she just vanishes! We have now been left with no option but to initiate legal action against Kanika and the VBK team for breach of contract and the mental harassment caused. AVOID BOOKING WITH THEM I had my wedding in December and its been over 3 months, I haven’t received my entire data They just keep sending you half photos to make you think that they are working on it. I have not received any videos from my functions and they even dodge the calls and this is happening after paying them in advance for everything. Please avoid any bookings with them. They have delayed my data and it is extremely frustrating and disappointing. They are unresponsive now and just keep making excuses. They do not care about their clients and their memories.

I would rate negative if possible - PLEASE AVOID AND SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! I had an extremely disappointing experience with VivahByKanika for my wedding on 26th April, 2024. Despite paying a hefty amount and ensuring their stay at a 5-star resort with all amenities, their service has been nothing but unprofessional and disheartening. The promised deliverables were as follows: Raw photos within 7 days — still not received fully even after several months. Reels within 30 days — only 3-4 reels have been shared, though they assured us of unlimited reels. Album within a year — at this rate, I am doubtful about ever receiving it. What’s worse is their lack of communication and constant excuses. They repeatedly claimed that their hard disk was corrupted and assured me they were working on recovering the data. However, after speaking to their outsourced team, I discovered the shocking truth — the data is ready, but they have not paid their team and are simply misleading me. It is heartbreaking to see my cherished moments being mishandled so callously, especially after trusting them with such an important event and spending our hard-earned money. Their unprofessionalism, broken promises, and dishonesty have caused immense stress. I strongly advise anyone considering VivahByKanika to rethink their choice. Don’t let your precious memories fall into such careless hands. Look for a team that values their clients and honors their commitments. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Extremely Disappointing Experience with Vivah by Kanika – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I regret choosing Vivah by Kanika for my wedding photography. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. If you are considering booking them, I strongly urge you to think twice. Here’s why: 1. Blurry and Unprofessional Photos – Despite their claims of being professional photographers, the pictures they take are often blurry and poorly edited. The quality is nowhere near what they promise, and it’s heartbreaking to see such an important occasion being captured so carelessly. 2. Late or No Delivery of Photos & Videos – It has been three months since my wedding, and I still haven't received my complete set of pictures and videos. They keep making excuses and ignoring my messages. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating. 3. Horrible Customer Service & Unresponsiveness – Once they take your money, they become completely unresponsive. Calls, messages, and emails are either ignored or met with vague responses. There is no clear timeline, and they show zero responsibility for delays. 4. They Take Money and Vanish – They insist on full payment in advance, but once they have the money, their professionalism disappears. There is no follow-up, no updates, and no proper communication. 5. They Don't Even Pay Their Photography Teams! – I later found out that they don’t pay the photographers and videographers they hire. This results in poor service, unhappy teams, and, ultimately, bad-quality work. The photographers themselves complain about not receiving their payments, which explains the lack of motivation and effort in their work. 6. Unprofessional Attitude – Even when you try to follow up, they are rude and dismissive. They make false promises and give endless excuses instead of taking responsibility. If you want stress-free and professional wedding photography, stay FAR AWAY from Vivah by Kanika! They do not value their customers or their special moments. I regret trusting them with my wedding memories, and I don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM! There are much better photographers out there who actually deliver what they promise.

They are a fraudulent company. First they will be very sweet to you and at the time of deliverables they will start making excuses for the delay and at the end ghost you taking all your money and no deliverable. Be cautious all.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by VIVAH BY KANIKA- Handled by Miss Kanika Mendiratta. They missed multiple deadlines for delivering our event pictures held on oct 2024 and they committed they will deliver within 25-30 days but now its been more than 2 months and consistently gave excuses every time we followed up. While we understand that delays can happen, the lack of clear communication and professionalism made this experience very frustrating. Prachi, Khushi Kanika Deepali they all are making excuses with our event videos they are not even providing us the raw data. Capturing our special moments was important to us, but the delay in receiving the pictures has taken away much of the joy we were looking forward to. Team VBK is a scam, they are working for money and they opened up their scam office in Connaught place new delhi. They only take follow-up when it comes to payment but when it comes to work , clients themselves keep begging for pictures and videos, there is no personal touch made by them with their clients to make them happy with their work, I personally cannot recommend their services based on my experience. If you value timely delivery you may look elsewhere because here you wont get the professionalism. Also yes they are having female staffs which is very good but yes everything is having pros and cons, they always keep girls in front so that clients wont get burst out to them. NOT AT ALL RECOMENDED.
