I would have probably rated them at 5, given their beautiful collection and wide price range, however, due to some poor tailoring experience I am rating Vastya at 3.5. I had ordered a beautiful dress for my engagement but their tailor messed up the cut. It was quite painful having to run to their outlet 6 times and still not have the outfit. Having said that, I must acknowledge their willingness to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. When their PR and Communications representative realised they had messed up, she didn't hesitate in checking with her boss and making me an offer to pick up any dress that I liked and make up for their fault. All in all, a great store with great collection. Just be sure you get their seasoned tailor and not someone new OR get it stitched/altered at your own trusted tailor!
