This Jan, I got to firsthand witness how perfect weddings are planned! Ashima aunty and Shradha did justice to whatever great things i had read and heard about them. Never for a single moment did I feel that I had hired external planners, they were as much a part of my family as anyone else. Watched Ashima aunty tirelessly standing day in day out to make sure there was no hiccup at all! She drove me around town buying the last pair of bangles/ accessories we forgot about, all the while ensuring there was no stress. We had such a lovely experience with Shradha and Ashima Ji's team. I'd strongly recommend getting them on board as soon as you begin to plan your wedding - they know what they are doing and will suggest the right way forward, providing practical advice and guidance along the way, whether it be vendor sourcing or logistics. What I loved most was that they were always available and needed very minimal guidance to get tasks done, making us aware of a lot of smaller technical details one may not have considered while planning a wedding. On the days leading up to the wedding, there wasn't a thing they said no to, and got every small problem sorted. I particularly remember forgetting about distributing a few return gifts on the day of the wedding. I mentioned it to Shradha just once, and the issue was managed effectively by her team in no time, with 0 follow-ups needed. Meet The Wedding Superheroes - Our entire wedding was planned by this mother and daughter team! Aunty Ashima & Shradha were instrumental in bringing together all of the lead up events, invitations, hotels, welcome baskets, transportation, entertainment, guest management, thank you gifts and even followed us shopping to make sure we got the best value for our money. During our trips to India leading up to the wedding (we live in Australia), we did a lot of wedding related things (of course) but we also did heaps of fun/spontaneous things with Aunty & Shradha and that took away the time-to-time “wedding stress” (let’s face it, we all go through this). From boujee shopping trips in Mehrauli, to our crazy ricksha rides in Chandni Chowk, to our many trips to Noor Mahal in Karnal and even our adventurous trip to Patiala where we found authentic Punjabi attire and jewellery (because I specifically wanted them from Punjab so they said let’s go there then) - they both made this all happen and accompanied me throughout. They were available 24/7, always responding to my calls and texts (sometimes I wonder if they even sleep). I was so impressed at the level of importance they both placed in getting to know our families (both my husbands and mine) and for delivering on every detail spot on to our interests. We were a bit hesitant to hire organisers in the beginning, but we were pleasantly surprised by their thoroughness,hard work and commitment. All the tasks given to them were managaed professionally without any hiccups. Event flow was discussed with them beforehand and they made sure everything runs smoothly on the day. They were always there to check on the venues before every event and were the last ones to leave along with us. We initially had our doubts that anyone could deliver on our requirements. We live overseas, and had 200 guests across 30 nationalities traveling from all continents, together with a large contingent of local family and friends. Shradha and Ashima are a great mother daughter duo. Though I could not book them for my sister's wedding as their dates were already blocked they still helped us alot in finding the right make up artist, photographer etc. They have great contacts, awesome team and more so they are realy amicable ????.
