I had a great experience of shopping at Vvani Vats store Defence Colony. Apart from their great collection, their staff and the entire store experience is really good. Rani was my SA from the store and she was really patient, resourceful and professional with all my queries. She even helped me in zeroing down to ‘THE OUTFIT’. I got my dress on time with perfect fitting. I wore their classic dull blue lehenga set and let me tell you it is the lehenga of my dreams and I got so many compliments. I definitely have my next purchase set up from them. Highly recommend Vvani Vats and Rani from the store. It was a very easy and luxurious experience of shopping at the store.

We LOVE vvanivats and have purchased a bulk of dresses. We almost got cheated by a Counterfeit page on Instagram labellushofficial who was making low quality copies and charging the same ! So the experience wasn't smooth but luckily someone informed us. Hope they have reported this by now

They refused alterations post delivery of their own product 3. Uncourteous and rude staff Will not recommend to buy or even consider this brand for any of your needs

Bought my engagement lehenga from Vvani. A very gorgeous lehenga. The work is absolutely beautiful and unique. The whole virtual experience was good and efficient. Only downside when I received the blouse the back side had a string connecting to the other side with no work on it. The whole outfit is so beautiful so if there was some work done on the string would have been great. But otherwise lovely outfit.

I ordered a lengha outfit from them via Pernias pop up. They got the measurements incorrect. I asked for a new custom made piece, they took a bigger size outfit which was ready made and made alterations according to my measurements. the sleeves had an extra 2 inches inside, the blouse had about 4 inches extra material. This outfit took 9 weeks to arrive even though it wasn't a custom made piece! The skirt is poor quality, it's all just can can nothing else. The designer wouldn't offer a refund or even compensate. I had to go to a tailor in London to alter both the skirt and blouse.
