We had a bad experience hiring wedding chakra for our events. They did not execute in a proper way. Even a simple aesthetic sense is something they lack. They didn’t complete the Decor on the commited time. Provided wrong Color furnitures, used completely different table Color for covering , they had stage done on the previous day for next day event to save their time which looked so odd. Lighting was so bad and dark. List goes on and on. Highly regret hiring them and paying a bomb. Please avoid them .

We had a wonderful experience choosing Wedding Chakra for our wedding during the peak of the pandemic. They handled everything from the start in a professional manner and explained the details thoroughly. Their insights and suggestions helped us tremendously to stay within our budget. The management team is very creative and they provided us with lots of options to choose. What can’t I say about Vetri and the team?! They made planning my wedding in Chennai from the US a breeze!! I was wowed by every single event, starting from my awesome mehendi decor and going all the way to the gorgeous reception display that had my friends in the US so impressed! We stumbled on Wedding Chakra’s Instagram page 2 weeks before our engagement ceremony. The event organisers we initially planned on going with unfortunately didn’t live up to their reputation and we had a very short timeline to get things done. I had *a very challenging and unfortunate time* working with Wedding Chakra for my wedding. I would seriously consider a different vendor, based on my experience. They were very poor in nighttime lighting, transportation, and hospitality. If you want those logistics to be strong, go with someone else! (+) They did a great job with decor (especially flowers and signage). (+) They got everything ready on-time for each event. (-) The lighting at my reception was really terrible. I could barely see the groom's face in the dark, and it was the most important event we had. Most of the lighting I wanted was not provided. (-) Their transportation coordination was terrible. The "head of transport" doesn't know how to use a basic Excel sheet. My father had to stay up all night talking to our guests and getting their details. (-) The event coordinator for our wedding was missing for both wedding days. My family had to run around and do all the work that was supposed to be coordinated by her. Their hospitality staff didn't know anything about the plan and was also very lost. The team was *not at all present* when the actual wedding dates came. We paid a lot of money for everything, but I felt most of my family did all the work.

The best decision about our wedding planning was to go ahead with Wedding Chakra. Sakthi and team were very understanding and brought to life over and beyond what I had in mind. From being able to support our calls and requests 24 * 7, they exhibited professionalism through the process, from being approachable and trustworthy to executing on day. Really appreciate their effort. Would 100% recommend for any event - simple to massive.

Everything went on like clock-work - the venue, decorations, priests, lot of guests to be taken care of, transportation, food, photographers, rooms, even had music, dance and lot of fun going during the reception. I can only imagine the trouble they had gone through to get all that done despite the short time. Guests who attended the wedding could not have even imagined that this was all done in little more than a week's time. Thank you very much Vetri, Sasi and the rest of the Wedding Chakra team for making it a very memorable and happy occasion for us, against all odds! I really appreciate wedding chakra for doing a wonderful job on my reception. I am a little detail oriented person so i asked them to take care of few intricate designs and they didn't it beautifully. We really enjoyed having Sakthi and his team as our wedding planners, everything went smooth.

I approched Wedding chakra for my marriage after seeing there works on Instagram, they had more works then they have posted, sasi understood my requirements and taste immediately and came back with loads of option to choose from, They are very professional in there work and delivered beyond my expectations. First came across Wedding Chakra through facebook and was just amazed by the way you guys add colors to every occasion you take up. Thats when I decided to try you out for my dream wedding. When I say dream wedding I really meant it as it was gonna happen after so many struggles and hence I wanted every single thing about the wedding to be the best. My first conversation with you Sasi, was very warm and encouraging but when you told me that you guys cant take up projects outside Chennai I actually felt I have lost something very important for the wedding. But I waited and luckily you agreed to take it up. Yahooooo!!!!! Coming to actual outcome, my god you guys just nailed it. Seriously... I was awestruck. Firstly I would like to say Sasi and Vetri are two sweet amazing people I have ever met!! Even the first time we met them before finalizing to go with them,they were so humble and sweet and just amazing to talk to!! Overall the entire wedding was perfectly arranged, beautiful colour combinations and amazing flower decor. Team was pro active at every moment and reachable at any point on dial of a call.. The decor and arrangements were very detailed and exact match to what we wanted!! They even took care of which flowers I like which I dont and my taste on every thing. The best decision I ever made regarding the frenzy of arranging an engagement in a week’s time.
