We had a bad experience hiring wedding chakra for our wedding last year. Firstly , they hadn’t completed the decor on time. It looked very odd to see their people setting up the decor infront of our guests. They finalised the wedding Mantap without even giving us an idea of how it was going to look. We were not given any render / design by the team which most decor companies do. They charged exorbitant labor and transportation charges. The lighting was very poor too. They do not communicate the color schemes properly to you and do not deliver what is promised. For the money we spent , we could have hired a much better company who could have added more elements and decor pieces to the wedding. Very disappointed with their work.

What can’t I say about Vetri and the team?! They made planning my wedding in Chennai from the US a breeze!! I was wowed by every single event, starting from my awesome mehendi decor and going all the way to the gorgeous reception display that had my friends in the US so impressed! Wedding chakra even set up a livestream so our friends and family who couldn’t make it could see! Vetri constantly made amazing recommendations to enhance the event. He made all my dreams come true, even managing to get a horse for the sangeet at the last minute. Planning a wedding when you are not physically in the country is an extremely stressful experience for everyone and Vetri and his team made it fun and enjoyable. My family said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I highly highly recommend their team and can’t wait to use them again for the next wedding in our family.
