Ever since Visakha Chandak did some stellar wedding planning for us, sitting under a Mulberry tree has become my favorite pastime !! In the first week of March, my daughter, Dr Arpita, got married to Dr Advait at Hotel Radisson Blu, Hinjewadi, Pune. I was very apprehensive about this wedding. First, because of my unfamiliarity with the ways a daughter's wedding had to be conducted and secondly, my unfamiliarity with Pune. It was with a gnawing sense fear that I first met Ms Visakha Chandak of Mulberry and her spouse and partner Mr Akash Sonar. Fear, because just over a month was left for the wedding and I had no clue how to proceed with its preparations. I and my wife, Ms Sunita Jain Krishna realised we urgently needed an experienced wedding planner/organiser who was familiar with Pune and with the ways of Radisson Hinjewadi. But we had nobody in hand. All the vendors who were on the Radisson panel of approved wedding planners were refusing to speak to me unless I had a wedding planning budget of over Rs 15 lakh. I had in mind half of this amount. So, there I was twiddling my thumbs as I was hurtling towards the wedding date. It was under such a circumstance that I first met (the great) Ms Chandak of Mulberry. The meeting took place at Cafe Blu restaurant at Radisson Hinjewadi. Present in the meeting were Ms Chandak, Mr Sonar, I, my wife Sunita and my daughter Dr Arpita. As a favour to us, Radisson Sales Manager Ms Arati Chaudhari also attended the meeting. Within less than an hour, it became clear that Ms Visakha Chandak was a perfect fit to the role of steer our boat towards the impending wedding! She was knowledgeable, full of ideas, very sympathetic and accepting towards my wife and daughter's ideas. She also quoted a reasonable rate for her services. Within two hours we had a deal and very relieved that we did. Visakha ma'am said she was fully equipped to handle the wedding and we were convinced she was. And that's exactly how it turned out to be. She planned and executed the wedding events perfectly, speaking to my wife and daughter through phone calls and WhatsApp messages almost everyday, as we returned to our hometown Patna after finalising with Ms Chandak. We found Ms Chandak had some very endearing qualities. She never said "no" or "this can't be done" to my wife and daughter. Instead, she suggested ways in which their ideas could be implemented. Also, despite having to handle many incidental expenses, she never gave us the feeling she was trying to increase the price she had agreed to. Unlikely as it may seem in today's world, Visakha Chandak left me, "a cynical former newspaper editor", with the impression that she is honest and very dedicated to her work. My parting words for her are: If I and Sunita had another daughter to wed, our "go to" person would undoubtedly be the one and only Ms Visakha Chandak. Thank you, ma'am.

My wedding was planned and organized by Mulberry, and both of their creative leads were instrumental in helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams. They brilliantly balanced our budget with innovative ideas, creating the impression of a luxurious wedding without exceeding our financial limits. They were often very honest about suggesting we skip unnecessary extras, like an additional carpet or fleeting trends, if it meant staying within budget. Moreover, we were able to work with top vendors and artists because they excel at negotiating quoted prices. Their strong relationships with some of the best vendors ensured that their recommendations were always spot-on. Without any hesitation, they listened to our wildest dreams and worked tirelessly to bring our mood board to life. Moreover, they are highly organized and adhere to intermediate, self-imposed deadlines, which minimized last-minute mishaps. Our sangeet decor in particular was a massive hit, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mulberry for their exceptional decor and production services.

Well well well, A releif which is so satisfactory if everything goes well as planned. This is what happened when we approached to Akash sir and Vishakha madam from MULBERRY EVENTS. Their idea for Lawn mandap was superb Barat on wheels was also a good one. The most imp part was on the same venue there was one more wedding ceremony at night they left venue at 4.00 am and we had our at 11.08 AM. So the way speed up their process and the way they managed was excellent. Yeah there was one more thing Color bomb that was also managed well. But overall very good managed, they are available for you, they dont miss your single call. We had awesome experience!
