I’m literally writing this while watching the wedding video on my TV — and I’m beyond disappointed. It’s been almost 4 months since the wedding, and this is the final product? Let me start with the photos: Most of the photos are barely usable — heads cut off, awkward angles, and the kind of composition you’d expect from someone still figuring out a DSLR. They acted extremely professional until the payment was made. After that? No accountability, no follow-up, and zero care about the quality they promised. Now coming to the video — 56 minutes of absolute chaos. No storytelling, no proper angles, no music that fits the vibe. I’ve seen InShot edits on Instagram that feel more cinematic. Watching this feels like a kid with a handycam tried to shoot a wedding. What’s worse is that when we tried to discuss our concerns, they were more interested in arguing than fixing things. They kept saying “everything will be corrected” — but clearly, that’s just a line they use to shut people up. The memories we wanted to cherish forever? Gone. And now, just to top it all off, they send a message saying: “We have been following up regarding your pending feedback on the video… If we do not hear from you within 10 days, your project will be marked as closed.” So basically, they rush you to approve a disaster, or they’ll walk away. I’m writing this even before receiving the final edit, and I already know I’ll never recommend OOAK Photography to anyone. This was supposed to be one of the most important days of our lives. Instead, it feels like we paid for a masterclass in how to ruin memories. If this is how they continue, I honestly don’t see them lasting long in this industry.

It was a wonderful experience to attend my brother's wedding, made even more special by the excellent One-of-a-Kind (OOAK) candid photography. These gifted photographers masterfully preserved the soul of the day by capturing every sincere feeling and spontaneous moment.
