Attended a wedding in double tree Hilton hosted by them. Such a good wedding planning company it is. All members in their team are really professional, helpful and amazing. The decor,other arrangements and hospitality by them is up to date. They keep their work so professional and up to date. I was locked out of my room at 2am in night. I called their help desk, they send a person immediately. Even during late night they all are always available to help in any kind of situations. Their team is always there. The owner is also so polite and sweet. She is always available to listening. Overall such a good team and such a good wedding planners they are.

We were in touch with Richa from May'22 for our daughter's wedding in Udaipur for March'23. She was extremely charming and knew her sales talk. She gave us a quotation and we paid her an advance of Rs 1 lakh through bank transfer. After 2 months we paid her Rs 3 lakhs again by bank transfer. We have the proofs of all bank remittances. Every time we would ask her to show us some kind of planning details and she would respond that there is lot of time and that she's busy with other wedding planning. And this went on for months. We were getting jittery about it as she failed to give us any results. In December we came across a review on WED ME GOOD by Tulika. That gave us the red flag. We mentioned the review by a bride called Tulika and she said that her competitors are planting these fake stories. We didn't believe her. We politely asked her to refund our money to which she said that she had paid the vendors. We then asked her to show us the vendor receipts. She had none to show. After sometime she stopped taking our calls. One day I called her from another number, she answered, I requested her to give our hard earned money of Rs 4 lakhs back as there was nothing done by her. She responded by saying " GO! DO WHAT YOU WANT". We waited for her endlessly to give us even part money back but she just didn't respond. We as a family decided after nearly 10 months to write this review after much hesitation as we do not like doing any negative work. This is just to help other innocent brides and their families from being taken for a ride. We know that Richa will give the same excuse of some competitors planting fake story. But that is not true. If you decide to go with her please please do not pay in advance for anything until and unless you see the proof of her detailed work done for you. Don't go through what we went as we had to run around and do the scouting all over again at the last moment and it gave us immense amount of stress. It's a big day for your child and for the family and we pray nobody has to go through a similar horrifying experience we went through. Our numbers and email IDs have been blocked on this website and we could not post the review as every time we tried, the website said that we have already posted the review.....strangely!!!! Weddingz Mantra have been amazing. From the very first time we spoke to Richa, we could tell that she was experienced in making weddings memorable- she had the experience that we needed and the most important thing was that she listened to the kind of wedding we were looking for. We were demanding clients, always asking for details, 9 months before the actual day, constantly stressing out ( My fiancé and I were not based in India and my parents while being in India - had never managed a task like this before, in India)- but Weddingz Mantra team handled us with care and patience- answering our questions and making sure we felt as ease every time we spoke with them. As the day came closer, we saw Richa and his team take on hundreds of tasks like pros- thinking of little things and details that we hadn’t even thought of. On the wedding itself, the team worked like a well-oiled machine- everything went extremely smoothly (if it didn’t, we didn’t know because the team made sure that we aren’t bothered by anything), the team members were extremely polite and courteous, passionate about customer service and trying to do everything in their power to make the experience special for us and our guests. Our wedding guests complimented us on every little detail that the team helped us put together and gave us and our wedding guests a wedding experience that we will be talking about for years to come. Finally, last but definitely not the least, Richa made every effort to stay within our budget, helping us cut costs and giving us advice at every juncture - without ever compromising on the quality of our experience. Highly unprofessional..doesnt keep up with the promises..all the team members are interns and doesnot know how to work..shadows change every half an hour.the decoration looks all broken old and torn..the stage can break anytime..none of her team members are at the ground to help. The quality and decoration and hospitality is poor. The broadcast messages done by her are not upto the mark..half of the services are not done and lied that it is done..please dont take her on your big day, Richa and her team will screw up
