From the very beginning, they took the time to truly understand our vision, our budget, and most importantly, our daughter’s dreams for her big day. Every vendor they recommended was top-notch & most importantly in budget. They coordinated everything flawlessly and kept us updated every step of the way. All the ceremonies happened were beautiful, the reception was magical, and most importantly, our childrens were glowing with happiness. However, as the planning progressed, the process became increasingly disjointed. While we had engaged in detailed discussions with Smita, it was disheartening that, at the last minute, her husband, Saurabh, stepped in without any prior knowledge of our conversations or expectations. This unexpected shift led to misalignment in priorities, overlooked details, and a disconnect in execution. Moreover, the professionalism we had anticipated from the team did not materialize. Coordination was lacking, and instead of the smooth experience we had envisioned, we encountered a series of miscommunications and inefficiencies that added undue stress to what should have been a joyous journey. A wedding is not merely an event; it is a collection of cherished moments that deserve meticulous attention and a team that is aligned in vision and execution. While we acknowledge the efforts that were made, the overall experience fell fully short of what was promised and expected. they provide only venue list in 6000 Rd. total wastage of money. I completely surprised at their attitude
