My review is a mixed bag: Pros - They were easy to get hold of on WhatsApp which is very important for an international customer. Nithya went above and beyond - she helped me with suggestions, ordering an online item which showed in production but was actually available in T.Nagar store and guaranteed that it will be delivered before the flight. She also followed up with dispatch multiple times when there were issues Cons - Dispatch and the courier service tracking updates and Webtree not following up with destination hub when package showed in transit to somewhere else. It was not dispatched on the first day as told to me. I had to stay up at night in US (daytime in India) trying to follow up. They escalated and then it got dispatched. All was well and good and I saw it reached my destination hub when tracking it. After that it went downhill. The courier service Professional Couriers instead of delivering it to a village 15 min away, updated status saying it was dispatched to a town 3 hours away. I reached out to Webtree and their team kept saying it is in transit (which is what Professional couriers had it updated to). It never reached that town as per tracking info. I was up all night in the US since this package needed to make a flight. Webtree then told me that delivery to my destination village address was only once a week but they will push for quick delivery so I asked them to deliver to a new address in the city itself but they kept saying it is in transit and they could not do anything when package is in transit. Initially Webtree gave me the wrong Professional couriers phone number based on the tracking website and we couldn't reach them. I reached out to Nithya again who got me the correct number from dispatch. Finally I had my aunt in India call that number and we found out that the package was sitting in the hub all day, was never dispatched to the town 3 hours away (it was all wrong info on Professional Couriers tracking website). My 80 year old uncle went to pick it up before it went RTO. Was extremely stressful for us. The worst part was the new address that I asked them to deliver it to was a 3min drive from that hub. I had kept asking if Webtree could call Professional couriers and change it to a new address but they insisted it was in transit when it was not. A simple phone call on their end would have been enough to find this out. All it would have taken was for Webtree to call the destination hub and ask where the package was. I do not think they did that. If they did they would have received the info that it was sitting in the hub and not in transit because we were given that info when we called, and we picked it up. Caused me unnecessary stress. Final thoughts - If you are in a hurry and buying it for taking it abroad, rethink, especially if you are short on time. Webtree may work for you if you plan ahead of time and have enough time to go back and forth. My aunt said the packing was done well and all the items received were correct. I am hoping it looks as good as it was on the website.

never buy from this company. they display different and high quality image on website but send very poor quality products to the customers. I had ordered 60 jute bags and not a single one looked like the image displayed on website. they looked old, faded and even smelled bad. very disappointed. no future orders for this company.

Very unprofessional I ordered return gifts for Navratri 2weeks before and constantly checking them through whatsapp for the shipment confirmation i never got any response and today after soooooo many tries got to get them online and they are saying they will ship today international delivery would take min 5 to 7days so i asked them to cancel order and return money back, till now no reaponse for the messages i had sent, very veryyy unprofessional Worst experience ever..
