had the worst shopping experience ever in Dazzles - Studio. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Please don't fall for their fancy interior because their service pathetic. I got a lehenga from dazzles and they said they will keep it ready by 30th of Oct . On 30 oct they called and said that my outfit is ready, i went to the store on 31st Oct and too my suprise they didn't make any changes that were told. They told that they will do everything in half and hour but nothing was done. I waited there for 5 hrs but they didn't do anything properly . There tailoring and alterations are just horrible. In every half an hour they will tell they are making the changes but they did'nt . The staff was also horrible, they kept ignoring us. They were not listening to our problems properly . I patiently waited for 5 hrs but at the end I lost my patience when I asked them to call the manager they kept lying for another half and hour, and the manager didn't come . At the end a tailor came and spoke to me very rudely. He didn't had the basic etiquettes to talk to customers. Few other customers were seating and all of them had the same problem. Please don't go to this place. They will give you the worst nightmare. They don't value customers. Please don't trust them with your outfits.
