Based on my outfits, aunty also suggested the looks that would go best with it. Besides hair and make up, Hema aunty also rented out beautiful jewelry at a reasonable cost. We met about ten days in advance and planned out all the looks. Since my muhurath was early morning, both of them reached well in advance and got me ready comfortably without a hurry. Some of the rituals got delayed, but despite that my saree change to the complicated nine yard style was executed perfectly. I would highly recommend Hema aunty for any function :)

Hema did bridal makeup for me for multiple functions at my wedding. Each look was unique and I was very pleased with the results. Even though the events were back to back Hema quickly did the makeup(perfectly) and wasted no time. I will definitely recommend her for makeup. The quality of products she uses are great. I generally get breakouts even if I use moisturizer but did not get a single pimple or rash after Hema did my makeup.

Hema was patient in not understanding my likes and dislikes in terms of my wedding looks, she also took the effort to understand my personality better and customised looks basis the same. Because of the lockdown restrictions in Mumbai, I ended up changing my wedding ensemble two days before the wedding and Hema was still able to oblige with a quick spin on the make up to match my look. She ensured that she was at the venue well on time and spent a good deal of time the earlier night to get everything ready for the next morning. The saree draping also needs a special mention since I have never seen a more neatly draped saree. Hema absolutely loves what she does and it shows! I had 4 saree drapes, one dupatta drape for my lehenga, 4 different makeup looks and 3 different hairstyles for my wedding day. I was on time for every single function, Hema is a thorough professional and extremely punctual. Her makeup skills are on another level. She doesnt do anything over the top or too gaudy that doesn't suit you, you'd end up looking naturally beautiful. And she always sticks around to help you change out of your heavy sarees, remove your makeup and loosen your hairstyle after each function.
