I had an extremely disappointing experience with her. From the very beginning, their behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Their rude attitude throughout the process made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome and totally ruined my day for me. My makeup was looking nice and glowy at first but later it started oxidising and ended up being cakey. Coming to the main issue, she charged a hefty amount for the siders and promised before that all of the siders would be provided hair extensions which will need to be returned. On the day, all of the siders makeup were terrible and not matching their skin tone. No extensions were provided as well. I was feeling beneath myself to even talk to them because they were condescending and argumentative.It was clear they lacked the professionalism and customer service skills necessary for this line of work. I would not recommend this makeup artist to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience. Save your time, money, and energy by finding someone who actually respects their clients.
